“These guys deserve more than 5* they went above and beyond to help me. I was waiting to get the keys to my new house and the date kept getting changed, but j2k kept in touch with me and told me not to worry at all that they would still hold the washer and dryer for me. They had already given me a great deal including installation and 6 months warranty. I had offered to pay a deposit to hold the items but they said no need to, all They needed was my contact details & address. On the day they called me to let me know the driver would let me know when he’s on the way to me. He did, he installed for me & made sure both worked before he left. And handy thing was I could pay by card. Would recommend to everyone & will deffo use again! Thankyou So much for being brilliant from start to finish! I love my new washer & dryer!”

“After a very disappointing visit to Curry's, we popped in today because my washer packed up. Bought a washer and Condensor drier from your shop and within the hour they were already delivered and installed by poor Craig. I say 'poor Craig' because the task he had was almost impossible but he managed to squeeze them around tight spaces and then fit them in to a very narrow space off my kitchen. Well done to him and thanks very much for your brilliant service today.”

“Called Frank Wednesday night after getting home from work. My wife said oven not heating up. He asked me a couple of simple questions and came round Friday to have a look. 4 screws, disconnecting oven and replacing a new heating element later! It was done. 20 mins tops. Very impressed with overall speed, efficiency and cost. Saved me a few quid. Thanks”

All these excellent machines now working with added confidence of 5 year warranty for parts and labour. L and N stock some very high quality machines and we found it helpful to see the actual products and discuss with experienced staff.”

I have so many little extras like my cutlery trays and knife trays and pull out larder and non-stick drawer liners and lighting in certain cupboards are just a few to mention. And my pantry is to die for! Tim provided a complete job which included new lighting, plastering, electricians, plumbers. We didn’t have to organize anyone, Tim and Neil did the lot. Absolutely amazing, everything went like clockwork. All deliveries happened when they should and so much care was taken throughout to my home.
