    There are so many check out tills but only the collection point is opened. Staff are not friendly. It seems some of them are free ish but are not trained to do till or collection. B and Q is much better. Collection point is prioritised for collection. And staff are much friendlier.

    Third in line to be served and waited for 10 minutes hearing the life stories of the sales assistant and the customer as she returned some items. As the queue got longer, a second till was opened and both the customer in front of me got served. I did say that I felt that the wait had been too long and the feedback was that the staff are told to interact with customers with the silent "so hard luck". I didn't enjoy the wait, I didn't enjoy the customer interaction and I realise that as ever, Amazon has much to recommend it.

    The store has significantly improved in the last year or so, it is feeling a lot less like a warehouse and a lot more loved and customer friendly. The product range has also improved and the store is currently undergoing some flow changes to improve the customers shopping experience.
