Great experience and highly recommended place for your hardware needs. The level of advice was excellent and they made a novice not knowing much about what I wanted to do, very reassured and better for going to the store. Will definitely go again.”

“Decent service from Protrade. Good range of products at competitive prices. Delivery took almost two weeks but this was the fault of Fedex whose service is simply terrible. Protrade CS did follow up but communication could have been better - again, they weren't getting much help from Fedex. I would use again but would think twice only because their chosen courier is Fedex.”

“Went there as my local store miss-sold me a makita mitre saw. Working on a budget I found this store that is any ur budget. Amazing variety on models and makes, they are not high end for all items but what store is? Staff were not just knowledgeable but they were so supportive while I was getting help by Pete who was so helpful with going over specs and trying to meet my specs a lady who was so kind and sweet with my toddler took the time to keep him entertained as the store was empty, so that I could shop . I originally called to find a part for a sliding double bevel Mitre Saw and ended up refunding it to the other store. After upgrading Ito an alternative at Machine Mart & buying a sander too I really felt like I had got the best service, product and solution. I am 100% going to make Machine Mart my go to place! “You can buy just about anything for the home at this B&Q. Had a garden centre to buy didn't visit this time. Shop was very quiet. Maybe because of school holidays. I was really able to find the items that I was looking for and paid, trouble free at self checkout.”
