   Had a problem with a DeWalt SDS so I rang UTC and spoke to Stuart who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained the workings of the tool and ran through with me the things I should look for. After his help and guidence the tool is now working as it should. Excellent service from UTC and Stuart in particular who is a credit to the company. I live in Stafford and will be using UTC in Derby again. My local DeWalt specialist cannot bold a candle to this company for service. Superb experience all round. Many thanks to UTC

   Called for some Stihl chainsaw spares this morning, to be told I needed to speak to Richard in parts as the guy who answered the phone said he's just in the warehouse and it was "nothing to do with him". Asked when I should call back to be told " I dunno, it;s just pot luck". When I said I didn't think that was very good customer service for saying I wanted to order parts, the phone was put down. I've had poor service from here before, turn up at the counter in my work gear and they couldn't help more but go in in civvies and they don't want to know. I'll be buying elsewhere from now on and I sincerely hope that online stores send you lot bankrupt.
