   Machine Mart at Derby are a great hands on outlet. The staff are always so helpful and patient in sorting out what you need if you are unsure yourself. So much better than trying to guess what you want or need on-line. My go to shop every time.

   Great service from the team here. The wood shredder I wanted was home delivery in 7 days but I couldn’t do this. They were able to have it delivered to their store and contacted me when it arrived. It took just 2 days. Excellent.

   Went there as my local store miss-sold me a makita mitre saw. Working on a budget I found this store that is any ur budget. Amazing variety on models and makes, they are not high end for all items but what store is? Staff were not just knowledgeable but they were so supportive while I was getting help by Pete who was so helpful with going over specs and trying to meet my specs a lady who was so kind and sweet with my toddler took the time to keep him entertained as the store was empty, so that I could shop . I originally called to find a part for a sliding double bevel Mitre Saw and ended up refunding it to the other store. After upgrading Ito an alternative at Machine Mart & buying a sander too I really felt like I had got the best service, product and solution. I am 100% going to make Machine Mart my go to place! Thank you Machine Mart & thank you Pete and the Lady who help with my Son (sorry I didn’t get your name)

   After calling to check stock, I drove 10 miles to pick up. Stock was missing, and only display part available. This was damaged and when I pointed it out the staff replied- if you don't want it, don't buy it. Easy. A previous customer was in there as well, with a return, and he was having a row with the staff as well. In other words, if you don't like it , clear off. I did and drove the 10 mile back. I will give this place a miss in future. I couldn't offer zero stars.

   Great selection of machines and tools for all occasions such as plumbing, carpentry, welding, car maintenance and so on. I visited today to have a look at the selection of wood burning stoves they have in stock. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality of the items is very good. Staff are helpful and there is a thick, free magazine for you to take away so you can look through at your leisure
