   hi. I decided it was time to upgrade my tired house. so decided to start with the kitchen. After asking around howdens were recommended by a friend so went with it. nothing was to much trouble and so much help on choosing best design and price range. staff were so patient even though I dither. delivery was fast and very helpful with a smile. I now love my kitchen so don't feel a lounge is needed anymore. maybe that will be my next project.thank you

   One of the worse howdens I’ve been too, rude with poor customer service. Last 2 times I’ve been in I haven’t even managed to get served after waiting for over 10 mins and have ended up leaving due to frustration. There’s no urgency to help you and get you on your way. I will and would advise avoiding this depot at all costs. Other customers and depots have said similar things. Never going to this store again. You guys need to step your game up.

   First time coming to this branch and what a dreadful experience, bought a foil wrapped door, cut and fitted it only to learn that the foild is bubbling, called to complain, than asked to send a photo with the damage and some one will get back to me within an hour, 4 phone calls later no one bothered to check the email and than to be offered an embarrassing discount that was not even credited to my account and still has not nearly 2 weeks later. The manager of this branch is useless, would not go back to this branch at all, its nothing like the ascot road branch. Stay away

   Prices are good but service and communication shocking. I'm out of pocket as paying a joiner and the delivery I booked well in advance doesn't show up day before not even a call to explain. I called given a "oh hasn't it let me check apologies" and will be with you first thing tomorrow. still no delivery which I paid for may I add and now paying my joiner to drink bloody tea. Just called and fobbed off saying it's on his way. Not good enough Howdens.

   Great service so far. Will give five stars if the kitchen I have ordered turns out well. UPDATE - Nice kitchen but wrong cupboards were sent had to get them rearranged. Designer forgot to ask what taps we wanted and chose them herself! Wrong size cupboard was fitted to my utility room can't fit my tumble dryer in! Got too fed up to pursue any more snags as we had to go through insurer :-(
