She was getting aches and pains from sitting in it. I called the store and spoke with Richard and he suggested that they pop down again to see what could be done. They went down and he swapped the chair for them. To this family owned company, it is important for them to give good customer service and have their customers happy. And it shows. My Mum was so happy with the new chair and how Richard once again, looked after them. I called to thank him personally. We live in a world that loves to complain. But we rarely give good feed back where it's due. I will be purchasing my furniture from them from now on. Thank you all for a positive interaction.”

“"Lovely Furniture Store" I placed an order last Sunday for a pair of bar chairs / Stools. The lady checked the stock levels on the system for me and said it may be several weeks for delivery to Store. I was fine with that I'm in no rush. I received an email yesterday, contacted the Store to make sure they were in before I travelled, and sure enough they were. I collected them this morning, very polite, front of house staff and the lads in the warehouse are superb, taking every effort to load them correctly into my vehicle. I find the store just brilliant, not pushy at all, browse at your leisure and ask for help when you need it. I find this balance perfect to try things out for comfort before you buy. “Great prices good staff, went look for a new mattress, they have some Tempur/emma type mattresses from £300-575 for king size I think the are 15 year guaranteed,they was very comfortable mattresses, but looking around we went for a Tempur ease mattress from another famous shop not dreams , I think if you've not got the budget for a Tempur you should consider a jksk mattress”
