   An absolute delight to do business with, Alan took a massive amount of time to ensure that we chose the correct sofa for our needs, even coming to our home on a Sunday Am, to ensure we were making the correct choice, what a star !!    We can’t thank Frank Knighton enough for the great way we were treated by Richard and Wendy in store, and our new furniture was delivered by Nick and his colleague. We had experienced 20 months of poor quality furniture from marks and Spencer, having received 3 suites…. all faulty in one way or another! We were given all our money back and we decided we wanted a Parker knoll suite. We live in Stratford upon avon so it was quite a drive to visit the Parker knoll show room. But well worth the drive. We couldn’t buy there, but we were told about Frank Knightons. Absolutely 5 star service in every way ! Thank you all ! We love our furniture! Conrad and Mindy

   The salesman at ascot drive showroom was fantastic, listened to what we wanted and offered excellent suggestions and advice to ensure our needs were met. We were asked to attend the Ilkeston showroom to see the suite in production and the layout of the suites was what we wanted. It was great to see craftsmen producing high end quality furniture and to our specifications. We were contacted by Nick at Ilkeston to arrange delivery date and time. The delivery was as agreed so no waiting in all day. The service we have received was above and beyond our expectations. The best company we've had the pleasure of dealing with over recent times and would highly recommend others to experience the great customer service which is very rare these days.

   Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. So much stock to choose from. Excellent quality and prices. Helpful salesman. Everything available for immediate delivery (unlike some places where there’s a 12 week wait). Delivery men were friendly and efficient. They even put cardboard on my carpet to protect it while they carried the furniture indoors. I’m so impressed. If you are looking for a well made sofa and/or chair you won’t find better quality or service. Highly recommended.

   Excellent service from the minute you walk in the shop ,we were approached by Richard we presume was the boss , he was super friendly told us to have a look around, any help give him a shout when we chose something, which we did , with absolutely no pressure he advised us on all aspects of purchase , we chose a 3 piece suite of which he held back delivery to give us time to carry out alterations to the room , it was then delivered by 2 very polite and helpful men .
