“My parents purchased a new sofa and two new chairs. Richard, was incredibly helpful during the purchase. Once the sofas arrived, my Mum didn't get on with her chair. She was getting aches and pains from sitting in it. I called the store and spoke with Richard and he suggested that they pop down again to see what could be done. They went down and he swapped the chair for them. To this family owned company, it is important for them to give good customer service and have their customers happy. And it shows. My Mum was so happy with the new chair and how Richard once again, looked after them. I called to thank him personally. We live in a world that loves to complain. But we rarely give good feed back where it's due. I will be purchasing my furniture from them from now on. Thank you all for a positive interaction.”

“"Lovely Furniture Store" I placed an order last Sunday for a pair of bar chairs / Stools. The lady checked the stock levels on the system for me and said it may be several weeks for delivery to Store. I was fine with that I'm in no rush. I received an email yesterday, contacted the Store to make sure they were in before I travelled, and sure enough they were. I collected them this morning, very polite, front of house staff and the lads in the warehouse are superb, taking every effort to load them correctly into my vehicle. I find the store just brilliant, not pushy at all, browse at your leisure and ask for help when you need it. I find this balance perfect to try things out for comfort before you buy. Thankyou Toons I will return in the future for more quality furnishings. 5 star from me. Best Wishes to you all.”

“Great prices good staff, went look for a new mattress, they have some Tempur/emma type mattresses from £300-575 for king size I think the are 15 year guaranteed,they was very comfortable mattresses, but looking around we went for a Tempur ease mattress from another famous shop not dreams , I think if you've not got the budget for a Tempur you should consider a jksk mattress”

“Ordered a mirror via Click & Collect on 06/11 and went to pick it up, only to realise the car was just a bit too small! Thankfully, Courtney came to our rescue — she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and friendly, laughed along with my mum and me as we tried all sorts of ideas to make it fit, and went above and beyond to help us. In the end, we managed to get it in the car, and we couldn’t have done it without her”

“You can buy just about anything for the home at this B&Q. Had a garden centre to buy didn't visit this time. Shop was very quiet. Maybe because of school holidays. I was really able to find the items that I was looking for and paid, trouble free at self checkout.”

“Really great shop for second hand furniture. Staff were really helpful and helped me measure a table and I was able to ring up and speak to a really friendly lady who took payment over the phone. They offer delivery which was really convenient for me and the driver gave me a ring before he arrived. The men delivering the table were really helpful and friendly too and somehow got the table through my front door with no hassle at all! “Can't fault SCS Derby, all of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. A massive thank you to Ant who provided excellent service to us over the weekend. We went in for a carpet and left with ordering a carpet and 2 chairs. He was so kind and patient with us. We realised we gave the wrong dimensions for the carpet so went back in the next day and he managed to sort our order out quickly and helped us get a good deal. He even helped measure and carry the chairs to our car, Amazing service”

“Good thing about Homemade is they tend to carry a bit of a different range of many things. In this case, we needed a range of ground sheets to choose from, for a garden wedding. Nailed it!”

As this was day after boxing day it wasn't convenient. As decorations still up and we had plans. I rang them and they instantly changed the date to be convenient.
