    I went today and found some loose small xmas tree branches. They were stacked on the self and seemed they were put there by staff just to keep the area clear. I wanted to make a small table decoration back home so I took two of them to the till with the other items I was purchasing and politely asked if they are free or they want me to pay. The women grabbed it from me and said I can not have them as they are not for sale. So asked if they going to throw them away. She said they are going BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER!!!!! How pathetic is this?

    Baught a Bathroom from the Showrooms Department. Terrible. 1. The design team designed a Bathroom that didn't fit. 2.The surveyor didn't measure the room to check if the items would fit. 3. The items ordered didn't arrive on time and delayed the fitting. 4. The 1st installation team didn't fit the sink and toilet. 5. The 2nd installation team couldn't fit the sink and toilet because they didn't fit the size of the room. 6. The 3rd installation team had to fit a smaller Toilet so it would work in the room. 7. The shower tray leaked and wobbled. 8. The electricians left loose cabling in the loft, didn't fit appropriate surge protection or trunking. 9. Some of the tiling left a huge lip on the trim. 10. The shower unit was going to be fitted in the wrong place , hand to tell the installers to move it. 11. The 4th installation team didn't fix the wobble on the shower tray and it still leaks. 12 . They didn't paint the ceiling. 13. They didn't hang the door to the room. 14. They wouldn't talk compensation until the job was signed off, giving us no choice but to allow them to complete the works 15. The whole job should have taken x2 weeks, it ended up taking 15 weeks. 16. Eventually, compensation was given which was a woeful amount and not to satisfaction. Again we were given no choice feeling cornered to accept. 17. They made mistakes with the original compensation figure and back tracked. 18. When the compensation came the cheque was made out to the wrong person... (just sums up the whole experience) All in all, there's so much more that went wrong. I will never buy a Bathroom or Kitchen from B&Q ever again. It was a complete failure from start to finish, taking 15 weeks to complete, and being left no choice but to allow them to finish the job. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service and installation. Oh and you'll also get pushfit plumbing... My disappointment cannot be over stated...

    Been in store today Wednesday 15th October at 2pm. At this time, staff were more concerned about change over shifts than customer service, I was not happy. I bought plants and ended up with paint not only on my shoes but in my car! Not happy at all!! Customer service in this store is dire! And from someone in retail could give them all training in Customer service! 4 members of staff talking when a customer needs assistance is completely wrong. Train your staff correctly!. And as for the damage to my trainers, I will be making a further complaint

    You are just about ok with this store as it’s physical but DON’T go to b and q online as they have a marketplace which I found out is a front for a dodgy supplier who sent broken goods. Complaining only gets you to long queues at a South African outsourced customer service set up that tells you to get in touch with the dodgy supplier and takes no responsibility at all. Wide berth recommended!! Order number 1054540046 Refund now obtained but no compensation

    You can buy just about anything for the home at this B&Q. Had a garden centre to buy didn't visit this time. Shop was very quiet. Maybe because of school holidays. I was really able to find the items that I was looking for and paid, trouble free at self checkout.

    Helpful happy staff Got what i was looking for! Very clean, bright and presentable store with all the useful signage to help locate what i needed and staff on hand to ask questions Tills were quick and and staff on hand to help if you used self scan tills, which i dod do for my one item Plenty of parking and a burger van and sainburys close by All in all excellent experience

    Normally no staff on hand willing to help on my previous visits. However yesterday was different a pleasant experience great customer service. Ishaq Khan, working in the kitchen department was very helpful. The young man helped me choose the items I needed by advising and giving the relevant information I needed.

    Fabulous. Beautiful Christmas trees at Β£5 each!! Can't go wrong. Team members were really helpful in getting my trees netted and sorting me at the till.

    It was my first time to shop in this place. I was impressed by the fact that the shop opens at 7am. I was able to buy some dehumidifiers before reporting to working. There is also plenty of parking spaces. The entrance is also wheelchair friendly. The shop is well arranged and clean.
