    Fantastic customer service today. Asked for some paint to be mixed from an old paint code from 4 years ago.! The guy found the code on their PC, and I have a small tester pot to try all within 10 mins. Great service!

    Very good range of diy, tools and household items. Only few details separate them from 5 stars, such as small range of certain kind of furniture or bad presentation of tools. I bought an electric multitool recently, works well, good quality, as expected, but there was no description, no details available about the product, so I had no idea if it comes with accessories, what it's compatible with, how powerful it is, range of use etc. Information that's usually available on the packaging or at least a sticker next to a displayed item, but there was none and the boxes were locked under the shelf so it was all just a guesswork, deciding which one I should buy. Other than this, it's a great place and good quality.

    Came here to buy myself a new plant, because I'm turning 35 in a few weeks so now I like plants for some reason... Anyway I chose a Cytisus, which had all the information attached to it on how to look after it. The staff also helped me find the correct fertiliser, so I'm very grateful for that. Charlie the Cytisus is already beginning to flower! My only issue, which prevented me from giving 5 stars, is the entrance was slightly confusing. Like, only slightly. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could.

    Refused to sell me drain unblocker even though I was above 18 with 2 forms of valid ID. Then my debit card "coincidentally" went missing after this interaction.

    Very helpful staff when one of the items split at the checkout, he readily offered a replacement. Website said they had 7 in stock and there were 7 on the shelf! Thank you.

    Very well stocked. Good choice of paint from Homebase own brand, Dulux and Crown. Good choice of decorating tools/equipment. Also liked their wallpapers. Couldn't give it 5star though - toilets were closed to shoppers!

    Ok for DIY stuff at reasonable prices. The management seem to have missed a trick however, with the nearby B & Q store closing they should have increased there stock. I visited recently and found the place rather untidy, bits lying on the floor easy for trip hazards. Shame on you, health and safety would have a field day
