   The staff there were all so unhelpful and rude when I came to return my item. I was able to get a refund but their attitude was horrendous.

   Great prices good staff, went look for a new mattress, they have some Tempur/emma type mattresses from £300-575 for king size I think the are 15 year guaranteed,they was very comfortable mattresses, but looking around we went for a Tempur ease mattress from another famous shop not dreams , I think if you've not got the budget for a Tempur you should consider a jksk mattress

   went in today late afternoon with my mum. Thought we would visit the center on our shopping trip into Derby cause it was on our way home, what an experience. The products are good quality and for decent prices when you can find a price because things and prices are all over the place, one worker downstairs on her own which I thought was strange for a shop to only see one worker, went to their upstairs department and shocked does not describe it, a male worker was constructing some furniture which meant you could not look at what he was working infront of cause it was all over. As a retail worker it is a major trip hazard and if my work did that there would be serious repercussions cause if the clear breach of health and safety. Walking past the worker he seemed to be rather frustrated that someone had asked him for help. Again number one rule of retail is your always friendly outwardly. The management team at this shop need to look into this urgently. The staff member was rude, condescending and not pleasant all while blatantly breaching health and safety. They should also look at the state of the shop. Messy. Not been cleaned for a while and rubbish all over the floor. My advice would be don’t bother.

   Good places for homely bits. Bit like IKEA, Good prices. Sometimes too long queue when waiting to pay as not many staff. Have walked out after putting stuff back before waiting too long.

   Went in to buy a wardrobe asked 2 members of staff about buying one both on mobile phones and left us waiting. All staff were in the back with a que at the till. Maybe good prices but shocking staff

   Lovely homewares store, Scandinavian in style, with a lot of inexpensive products across 2 floors. With a wheelchair accessible lift. Plenty of free parking too.

   Like a budget Ikea, lots of on trend items some are quite reasonably priced. Purchased some great lamps for the office for only £15 each, have seen similar on the internet for £50 each. Staff very helpful and friendly.
