She was getting aches and pains from sitting in it. I called the store and spoke with Richard and he suggested that they pop down again to see what could be done. They went down and he swapped the chair for them. To this family owned company, it is important for them to give good customer service and have their customers happy. And it shows. “Great prices good staff, went look for a new mattress, they have some Tempur/emma type mattresses from £300-575 for king size I think the are 15 year guaranteed,they was very comfortable mattresses, but looking around we went for a Tempur ease mattress from another famous shop not dreams , I think if you've not got the budget for a Tempur you should consider a jksk mattress”
