Amazing Customer Service! The gentlemen working the floor today that helped my parents was really helpful and took his time explaining the different products available - really nice gentlemen. This will definitely be our go to shop for any new furniture purchases! Great prices to accommodate all budgets with quality products! ☺️
My parents purchased a new sofa and two new chairs. Richard, was incredibly helpful during the purchase. Once the sofas arrived, my Mum didn't get on with her chair. She was getting aches and pains from sitting in it. I called the store and spoke with Richard and he suggested that they pop down again to see what could be done. They went down and he swapped the chair for them. To this family owned company, it is important for them to give good customer service and have their customers happy. And it shows. My Mum was so happy with the new chair and how Richard once again, looked after them. I called to thank him personally. We live in a world that loves to complain. But we rarely give good feed back where it's due. I will be purchasing my furniture from them from now on. Thank you all for a positive interaction.
This shop was closed at 12 30 today. Notice on door said it was closed at 12.45 for delivery. No one answered door or phone. Need to get their times right, I had travelled some distance! Will not bother going back now.
Went into the shop and got served by Richard. Service was top class. I purchased a wardrobe and it was delivered on time and assembled in the room at no extra charge. The 2 guys who delivered it was extremely polite and taken all rubbish away with them. I can honestly say I'd never go anywhere else
Waiting for a headboard, been 3 weeks and 1 day now. Promised today, not come in. Manager on holiday, will not be buying furniture from here again. At one time you could blame it on covid, but not now, everything is normal.
They are excellent, I ordered a cabin bed for a very small box room. Two men arrived and worked hard, they were polite, courteous and friendly. They left no mess behind, all packaging taken away. The gentleman Don in the shop is a true gentleman. The two guys that erected the bed were proper good old fashioned workmen. Thank you for being everything and more. Don’t hesitant use them, you will only be disappointed if you don’t!
Place is overloaded with furniture, too many items you cannot really see each properly nor consider the size of it. Sales staff is pushy, trying to close the deal more than to make a happy customer of you. They even use formulas like "specially for you I will make the delivery for free" well that is what you expect for items around £1000 this is not a commercial gesture this is a joke! Prices are expensive compare to the competition anyway. I rarely say it but I do not recommend this place and I do not understand the good ratings they have.
