   Just visited this store as looking for a gaming chair for my son. After spending quite a while looking at the chairs and sitting on them, an actual office chair was the most comfortable. Go down stairs and the lady at the cash desk advised they have 1 in stock. Waited a while, and then she said they don’t have it, do you want to choose another one. No, not really, a you order it? No she said! What about another store? Derby had 1 available, so she reserved it. I went home, went online and guess what, ordered the same chair, home delivery for £4.99 which is better than going all the way to Derby. So why did the lady say she could not order it? Very bizarre!! This the 2 stars for service
