Needed a new kitchen for a while had several companies come round none of them could fit an island in. Finally, tried Richfield’s not expecting a lot. Rob came very quickly and measured up and talked me through what he could do, and it was more or less exactly what i wanted. But importantly it included an island. He went away did a design and price and i was super happy with and happy with the other lol. He gave me a date of install which was about 4 weeks’ time. In those 4 weeks i changed my mind about different aspects of the kitchen a few times but they were never a problem he just accommodated. The day arrived for the job and 0800hrs there was a skip being delivered half an hour later his team arrive and went straight to work ripping out the old kitchen. They worked like a well-oiled machine with no mess very respectful of my property and very polite. From that moment to when they finished the job nothing changes in how they worked they all knew what where and when they should be doing. Every night the kitchen was tidier than the night before never once left any mess behind and during the refit nothing was to much trouble as i changed my mind a couple of times and they just got on with it. End results i got a beautiful kitchen. I want to find something negative to say and i cannot the whole service from start to finish was A+ i wish all builders/contractors/fitters where as professional as this company. I needed a tired dressing room to be refurbished. Having had a rather disappointing visit from one of the national companies and being let down by a local joiner I phoned Richfield. Rob came promptly and provided detailed, accurately priced drawings and a date was arranged for the work to start. The team arrived on time, were courteous and very professional. We were so pleased with the standard of work that we subsequently had another, larger bedroom project done and are again delighted with the results. Overall the service has been brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend Richfields.

Rob came to our house to measure up and to quote for a built in wardrobe for our dormer dressing room. Rob provided a detailed plan of what he can do and how best we could maximise the space. There was no pressure selling involved and all my questions were answered professionally. On the day of fitting, the guys turned up on time, explained what they were going to do, put coverings on the carpets and did an excellent job, actually that doesn’t do it justice. They did an absolute fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. My partner and I are really happy and pleased that we chose Rob and his team.
After looking round at some of the national providers I found Richfields. Rob came round, measured up and quoted. No pressure selling, just straightforward business. Checked out the showroom and was impressed with the quality and finishes, so the order was placed. The fitters turned up and immediately got to work, there was no hassle whatsoever: they just got on with the job. Very friendly and tidy in their work, and cleared up behind them. When they finished, I was invited to inspect their work. I couldn't fault it, very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company, and glad I went local rather than to a big national. From start to finish an excellent job done by Richfield Interiors. Rob got my vision for my new kitchen & bedroom perfectly. Planning it in fine detail and making any alterations work for the room. Richfield's fitted our kitchen over twelve years ago, and following on from that two of our bedrooms. We have been delighted with the quality of workmanship and the way the kitchen and bedrooms still look. The prime reason for this review is to thank Rob for organising the upgrading of our kitchen to include new door hinges, corner cupboard and replacement waste bin. Tom originally fitted the kitchen with Mark back in 2008. Quality craftsmen and excellent after sales service.
I had the company to do a dressing room in our third bedroom. What a wonderful job they did, I would highly recommend them. Clean, efficient, friendly and professional at all times. Having a new kitchen installed soon, obviously they have the job. You would definitely not be disappointed if you use them.
