   Came across TLKC when looking to replace a couple of items in our kitchen. All along we were kept up-to-date on the order status and installation, special thanks to Paul and Tom. We were so impressed that we then asked for a quote to renew everything in our bathroom. Our room is quite small but they said they can do a lot with small spaces - and the design clearly demonstrated that! Once again, exceptional service from Andy, order now placed. Would highly recommend TLKC.

   We had our new kitchen fitted in October 2023. We also had a complete new house rewire. Also had new radiators, pipes and boiler. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the job that was done. A few observations about the whole process: Design - This process is not rushed and they are not pushy. This is good as you can get the kitchen how you want it before committing. - They will present you with a 3d design that is far superior to Wren. And is mostly accurate to the finished kitchen. - They are flexible on sourcing appliances and other bits like door handles. In my case I got them to price match appliances on internet like Currys etc. They will purchase them and fit them. You just register the warranty yourself. With Wren they have a predetermined list of appliances that are cheaper due to mass orders. - They will make bespoke cabinets to size. We requested cabinets around our fridge and boiler. They were all cut to size and look good. Wren just flat said no to bespoke cabinets.Wren only do standard size. - They are professional. None of the people at this company are pushy or disrespectful. Every time I contacted them it was all very pleasant. - They will do extra jobs like outdoor taps and sockets for garden. Installation - Workers were professional and friendly. - They do not rush the job. If they run into a problem they will advise you. And will pause the installation until it is fixed. - They use regular contractors who all know each other. Wren/Howdens you get your own tradesmen or off their approved list which doesn't mean much. - They will put sockets wherever you want them. - They will do things properly such as subflooring. A tradesmen previously wanted to tile over an uneven floor. Little kitchen levelled and damp proofed the floor. - It is going to get messy and dirty. Prepare yourself. - If you do not like something tell them and they will fix it. Finished kitchen - The finished kitchen is very well fitted. And minor manufactured paint blemishes on panels were quickly replaced. A few pointers for room for improvement. - A couple of weeks before the build they should of sent me a rough plan of what was happening and when. They know what they are doing but I didn't. I contacted them and they responded in good time. - During the process they should give a basic status of what is happening. I moved out for all the works and wasn't there in the day. Why I have given them 5 stars - What sets this company above all other kitchen fitters is their customer service. Any problems you have will be resolved quickly during design, installation, and during the warranty period. They are not going to take your money and run. Or make it hard to resolve issues in a timely manner. As an example I had water on my floor and they came out and fixed a failed washer next day. - Their prices are more expensive than the kitchen mass production power houses. But not by a massive amount and they are flexible so if you want to source something yourself they will fit it. All in all a top company.

   We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. Paul was very patient with our ideas and did very well to accommodate them all. Dean was particularly keen to pay attention to detail and ensured everything would be as it should be and to a very high standard. Everyone on the team....The Plumber and the electricians also worked hard. We are so pleased with the result and proud to show it off. We would highly recommend The Little Kitchen company to any of our friends and relations. Thank you again for all your hard work.

   I had a new kitchen designed and installed in January. My circumstances were complicated but Paul was very patient. The design included particular requests to accommodate my needs - all points were listened to and carefully incorporated into the final design. Space was maximised. They took the trouble of finding a surround for my combination oven so it could be built in and had it delivered from overseas. I also had a new floor installed in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, as well as a new shower cubicle and extractor fan. All the trades people kept me informed of progress and their schedule. They were all very considerate and worked to a high standard. They sought my input when decisions needed to be made and took everything on board. They even got me hot chocolates when I was ill recovering from covid! I’m really pleased with my kitchen and bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Little Kitchen Company and Little Bathroom Company. From my experience they’re a company that you can trust.

   If you want a complete kitchen design with your ideas, colour schemes and whatever gadgets your heart desires, plus the extremely professional assistance from a top notch designer AND you want it fitted to a standard that is above and beyond, then look no further. Paul, who designed the kitchen layout plus much more, listened very carefully to our ideas and added his own input, which helped us immensely to decide on the final look. The installation of everything was accomplished to an extremely high standard, which just reflected the professionalism of this company. All the tradesmen were top notch and nothing was too much trouble for any of them, which I find is rare in this day and age - absolutely exceptional. Big thanks to :- Tom the plumber, for the new boiler installation in a new location, including all the new pipe work, radiators and providing us with a far more efficient heating & hot water system. Ben the spark, for sorting out the sometimes suspect wiring, installing all the new cabling, sockets, consumer unit etc Andy the kitchen fitter was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble, all fitted with care & precision to a level of excellence. All in all, just unbelievable service.

   We had a number of designs but this company really listened to what we wanted and came up with 3 great plans. They accommodated our dates to coincide with our holiday so that we were not in the house whilst most of the messy work was carried out. Lovely kitchen as a result without too much stress!

   I recently had new worktops, a new sink and tap fitted by The Little Kitchen Company. I received excellent personal service from start to finish, the fitters were very professional, polite and helpful and didn't leave any mess. The coordination and communication of the work with the granite worktop fitters was superb with very little inconvenience to me. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
