Ordered a table and chairs which once delivered we decided it didn't meet our requirements. Sam's very kindly offered to collect free of charge and display in their store as a 2nd hand item. Outstanding customer service and would not hesitate to recommend and hopefully will be returning there for other purchases.
2 weeks ago myself and my partner visited, looking for a wooden table! Ended up buying completely the opposite ! Top quality service from purchase to delivery and assembly! We will defo be back in the future for our furniture needs!

Excellent service. Sam ordered me a 2 and 3 seater sofa and told me the approx delivery day which was spot on. She worked round my times to be in. They were delivered with no hassle and they took the packaging away. I found the experience of buying at Sam's so easy, helpful and freindly. I will recommend this shop as you get personal service from people who care. I will definitely be back. The sofas are brilliant and are so comfy.
Lovely shop but very expensive.
Would not recommend, delivered damaged goods and it took 11 weeks to replace! No communication from them, kept saying they would keep in touch and ring at intervals...this never happened it was always me calling them. When they eventually came to replace the damaged goods they blamed an old employee for the damage when it was the owner who delivered them!
Very helpful & friendly. Great furniture ranges to suit all budgets. I felt absolutely no pressure, but the team couldn't do enough to find the pieces I was after. Was able to order a gorgeous table & daybed, price ( which includes delivery & assembly) very fair.
