   Initially the wrong bag was delivered but they came back out to swap it within half an hour. The same stuff was delivered again but again they came out the same day to swap it over. Turned out we’d also ordered the wrong thing as well but the 3rd delivery was correct and in a timely fashion. All in all excellent customer service and very helpful, thank you.

   I rang Build base in Hatton and explained the care Home I work in was doing a beach themed day and needed help with getting some sand. The manager from the store in Hatton was so helpful and kindly donated some sand for the home, with out the help of build base our beach themed day would not be happening a cant thank build base enough. I would highly recommend build base and will always use build base for any purchases I need for my home

   Phoned ahead to check they can cut some ply sheets. Told to turn up after lunch and they could do that no problem. Turned up and was told they didn’t have time or staff even though they said they could. Rubbish customer service so went to another local company that could. Great experience for a first time customer that won’t return to this company.

   Great service and deliver free locally. I need wood, I walk to collection area and have a chat to the warehouse man and he almost always find me an off cut and a fraction of the price. Top guys and very helpful with questions except the bloke in glasses at the desk he needs a good elbow to cheer him up. Yes you know who you are misery guts. They have even lent me tools to break up some pallets for my projects, can't recommend enough.
