   I had a fantastic experience at NCF Derby, especially thanks to Paige. From the moment I came in looking for beds, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Paige really took the time to understand what I needed, talked me through all the options without any pressure, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. I couldn’t recommend Paige highly enough — she’s a real credit to NCF Derby.

   The staff at the store are lovely, that isn’t the reason for my 1 star. My low score is because we received a delivery from them, it came earlier than told and our floor wasn’t finished. We set aside the box which didn’t look damaged in any way. On opening later we found problem after problem. It was clearly packaged already damaged. We went to the store and they were great, reporting it to head office. I have just had a call only to be told because we didn’t report it within 3 days there’s nothing they can do. It’s in the small print! Yeh who reads all the small print. What happened to 28 days customer satisfaction? Suffice to say we are incredibly disappointed to have paid a lot for a small sideboard that is damaged ☹️. Not to put anyone off, but please check your home deliveries straight away.

   Fantastic customer service, James helped us look throughout the store to find to find the perfect bed frame and mattress combination. No pushy sales tactics just a friendly guy with knowledge of the available stock took our brief of requirements and after checking the other stores nearby inevitably came back to NCF to make our purchase. So far so good just waiting for delivery.

   It was our first time visiting this store at the Meteor Center, and from the moment we walked in we were greeted by James with a welcoming smile. James was very understanding of our needs and very professional and friendly. Ian, the manager was also very attentive. We brought a lovely lounge 2 seater and 2 chairs. Excellent price and quality. Thank you both for such exceptional service. X

   Visited the Derby store twice and the service was brilliant both times. Georgina was great at helping us choose and gave us lots of information to take away with us. There was no pressure and it didn’t feel like we were being forced to buy something which was a great change. We went back and David helped us finalise our sale and confirmed information for us so it just put us as ease. Answered all our questions and didn’t rush us away.
