   We had got a set of seven pieces from the Antoinette range from Willis & Gambier that included two chest of drawers, four bedside tables and a mirror. We are delighted as each piece is exquisitely beautiful with such rich tones and elegant design. This is our second purchase and we could not have been more pleased! The first was a Laura Ashley writing bureau purchased from Haynes Furnishers in October 2024. For both, the delivery was flawless with a friendly and courteous team. Carl provided an excellent service; he was very prompt, professional and offered the set at a fantastic price. The best service we have come across. We would highly recommended Haynes Furnishers!

   Bought Ercol bedroom furniture on line. The shop gave excellent advice pre purchase, very clear info before delivery and then an excellent delivery service. The furniture was just what we hoped for and, including delivery, Haynes were also the best value for money as well. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely piece of furniture in 'as new' condition, with the bonus of the oak having already started the aging process to match our slightly older table and chairs from the same Ercol range.    I had been after a specific piece, and Haynes had a good price, they also included delivery. The service on the phone was great, and the follow up (receipts, delivery confirmation) were prompt and polite. The delivery folks were really nice and cheerful without being weird. It was great that they unboxed and helped me get the furniture in place (quickly) as I could not have moved it easily on my own. It now looks fab and has overall made me very happy.

   A great company to do business with. Very helpful initially answering queries etc, very competitive pricing and superb service throughout. The delivery process was great and fitted in with us on the day after very kindly altering their schedule. I love the fact that they deliver themselves and don't use other companies/couriers - great care was taken and the delivery guys were great. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again when we next need some furniture!

   Excellent service. My online search for a specific furniture by Corndell. A lovely quality furniture. The website was easy to navigate and for information. It was great that a business online website has the personal human touch too. Customer service by telephone. A quick response and a return call to confirm my cupboard was available. All service exemplary. Delivery service was confirmed approximately 6-8 weeks but I received delivery in two weeks. Payment when delivery was confirmed or on delivery. The delivery men were excellent too. Careful, attached the handles and installed furniture efficiently and with a willing and helpful manner. I am very happy to recommend Haynes Furniture for a trustworthy and efficient service.
