“Can't fault SCS Derby, all of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. A massive thank you to Ant who provided excellent service to us over the weekend. We went in for a carpet and left with ordering a carpet and 2 chairs. He was so kind and patient with us. We realised we gave the wrong dimensions for the carpet so went back in the next day and he managed to sort our order out quickly and helped us get a good deal. He even helped measure and carry the chairs to our car, Amazing service”

“Very happy with the service we received the chap was very pleasant and explained everything to us. Also our delivery date was brought forward by 2 weeks. As this was day after boxing day it wasn't convenient. As decorations still up and we had plans. I rang them and they instantly changed the date to be convenient. The delivery drivers were sound and protected our paintwork before carrying the sofa I. The sofa looks lovely I'm very happy”

“I am absolutely over the moon with my new kitchen. It is everything I wanted and more. Tim listened to my wants and needs and came up with my perfect kitchen. Neil and Aaron, the carpenters/fitters, did the most amazing job paying so much time to the little details which makes my kitchen so sleek and perfect. I have so many little extras like my cutlery trays and knife trays and pull out larder and non-stick drawer liners and lighting in certain cupboards are just a few to mention. And my pantry is to die for! Tim provided a complete job which included new lighting, plastering, electricians, plumbers. We didn’t have to organize anyone, Tim and Neil did the lot. Absolutely amazing, everything went like clockwork. All deliveries happened when they should and so much care was taken throughout to my home. Every time I walk into my new kitchen I can’t believe it’s mine, it looks like something from a high class magazine. I am so happy, thank you so much to the Creative Team.”

“We were having problems locating a curtain track of the length we required. The staff were amazing but a special mention should go to Matt who checked stock at other local branches and managed to locate what we wanted. We were able to collect it later that day - Christmas living room now complete. Thank you to all staff at Burton and also Tash at Stafford who found what we wanted in the stock room and put it aside for us to collect. Fabulous customer service, nothing was too much trouble.”

“Love the Christmas selection here. Upstairs it's like a festive paradise with all the colours and prices here are much cheaper than other places to sell exactly the same products. Also downstairs near the tills they have some lovey little gifts and things you dont see in other stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can be busy, but worth the wait. Nice big free car park.”

No pushy salesman just a very helpful chap Called Chris .we can't leave feedback on furniture we purchased as 8-10 week delivery, but will be back to update .So all I can say at the moment is A + to lee longlands friendly and helpful staff .If your furniture comes up to the same standard "WE WILL BE BACK " . Just an update , still impressed ! Lent us table and chairs until our order is received , our rug came into stock early so one of their staff delivered it personally . Also a couple of the older members of staff often provide good advice and product knowledge and are happy to share tips on when certain products may be reduced in price. It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”
