Had really great customer service from Wren kitchens in Derby. Hakeem was my designer who was absolutely brilliant he took the time to listen to all my needs and make sure everything I wanted I achieved. I honestly couldn’t fault him at all. Hakeem went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Hakeem.

we purchased a kitchen from Wren in Derby. Nathan our designer was fantastic and it was never too much trouble to change our design which we did a few times. The kitchen itself arrived when expected and we had a bit delivered in the wrong colour but this was rectified quickly by them. we have since order a couple of new doors due to chips and this was easy to do on the App. highly recommend going to Wren as the in store service is exceptional. Highly recommend Nathan who did all ours fro m the start

14 out of 16 doors turned up damaged on apparently wrens top of the range kitchen. No care taken whatsoever ever in the manufacturing process nor transport. Some of the photos are also from replacement doors supposedly having been 100% QC inspected. The quality control is totally sub standard, I wonder what percentage of doors get returned, I would imagine a high number.

Amazing staff, they take the time to sit you down and help out. They make everything to your liking, they show you alternatives in person and dont push for sales. All in all go here for the easiest experience of buying a kitchen

Spent some 18k on a kitchen, including LVT Plank flooring. Don't bother. Cupboards are cheap, have some peeling on some of them without any use, we even dont have a kettle under them. The top level of the LVT peels off with next to no effort - absolute shambles. They dont offer any 19mm high gloss trim for cut edges. Overall just not good. They also sent me over £100 worth of floor door bars that i didnt want or need - i still have that box unopened in my kitchen.

Ordered Wren's Infinity range, shaker kitchen. The design team was really good - welcoming, polite, and accommodating. I was really happy with the process up until that point. I had about 2 sittings with the designer to make changes (actually, they are obliged to as per the contract). However, after the order was placed the builder started finding errors in the design e.g. tower cabinet to house the boiler was of incorrect width. Also, the 2nd tower unit was incorrect - they designed to fit only a single oven and microwave, not my original double oven and microwave (wren had the pictures from their surveyor and me). When contacted the delivery team for these issues they were lying they don't do tower units that can hold double oven and microwave. After I showed pictures in their website of such tower units they said sorry it's not in my range. Asked me to redesign the kitchen with designer again or buy new appliances from them - feel terrible and stressed. Took two weeks of chasing and daily phone calls to get few solution options, I had to live with an unusable kitchen for 1 month. Atrocious service to sort design issues and warranty.

Highly recommend Wren for measuring (completely worth having them come out to measure accurately), planning, choice and quality of kitchens. Thrilled with transformation/modernisation of our kitchen so we now have increased storage and functionality as everything is in a more convenient place. After 3 months, kitchen still looks like new - cleans so easily; no scratches or marks on graphite sink unlike previous stainless steel one. Worktop leaves no watermarks. Quality of units far greater than other 'well-known names'. A couple of doors were damaged but easy to order replacements online; quickly received. used our own fitter, who commented on comprehensive plans and great labelling on boxes so easy to fit. Great service all round and great value for money - looks like it cost for more than it did!

If you do not use their installation (well overpriced) then expect damaged items and months of trying to chase a replacement. Hold times of over an hour and flaky support. Due to it taking so long they now want me to pay for the replacement items. The app does not allow replacement of certain items so is useless.

From the first time we entered the store we didn't feel harassed and we made several visits before deciding on our choice. We were assisted by Lee our kitchen designer to make alterations and ensure everything fit into the space. The delivery arrived on time during the pandemic and fully adhered to social distancing. The kitchen was fitted without any issues and looks lovely. Thank you
