   I have just received a garden bench ordered from Sloane and Sons. I am pleased with the quality of the item. When considering the purchase I corresponded with the company on- line and was reassured a real person answered my queries and not some bot. I would order again from Sloane and Sons because they are a reputable company. Oh by the way, I'll add a picture of the bench once I've finished applying a coat of Danish Oil. Oh another by the way, the company do need to amend their returns policy. At the moment, it doesn't mention their duty to pay for returns that are due to defects as opposed to an item just not meeting the expectations of a customer. The regulations are quite clear about this and so the company's policy should be amended so it fully reflects customers' statutory rights. However, it's still a five stars from me for my purchase!

   This grey stool arrived today and is exactly as seen on website. Well upholstered. This is my 3rd order with this company. I'm very pleased. Delivery date was confirmed by telephone call by managment. DPD delivery on time. A pleasure to do business.

   I have nothing but praise for Sloane & Sons following our purchase of tub chairs. I telephoned late afternoon to request some sample fabrics which were posted the same day, arriving two days later. From there we placed an order online and received a phone call to arrange delivery all within a week, start to finish. The chairs were as described and of good quality. Great communication and customer service.

   This has to be the best service and product that I have ever purchased online, having had to return one tub chair because we ordered the wrong color Edward and Callam helped us return and reorder a different color without hesitation. Every part of the process was faultless even the service provided by TNT so professional in every way. Me and my wife couldn't be more grateful for the understanding manner in which were handled.    The colour of the chair that was delivered (attached) looked nothing like the photos online (we ordered the yellow angel chair). Edward Sloane was patronising and unsupportive. I returned the product at my own expense and had to chase them multiple times for an update on my return. False advertising and bad service, avoid at all costs.

   Ordered a Morris Tartan Duck Egg Wingback chair at 1pm on Monday and it arrived by 4pm on Tuesday! Amazing service! The chair is just what I needed - comfy and well made. I would highly recommend.

   Terrible company. Rude and condescending. Fabric looks nothing like the colour on the website. They're not interested in taking accountability. I was told to sell my chair if I'm not happy with it or return it at my own cost and to take out insurance in case its lost! I was spoken to in a condescending manner which was humiliating and the email I received was as condescending. I have a feeling Sloane and Sons deal with a LOT of complaints by the way this was handled. (Single chair photo is what is advertised on their website. Their chair arrived .... dusky pink compared to my red chair ordered from another company a few weeks ago! Looks nothing like their website photo.) "In response to the reply its to be expected. I should've read the reviews before purchasing. Always an excuse from the company. Most of the reviews are shocking. They need to look at their customer service and how they do business"

   I purchased an Ocean Blue Wingback chair from Sloane & Sons and wanted to share my review of this product.  I found the staff in the office extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I rang with my original enquiry and the ordering process on the website was very easy to navigate. The package arrived on time and the minimal assembly was simple and uncomplicated. The finished product has certainly lived up to its description and the quality is undeniably excellent. Overall, the product, customer service and ease of ordering and minimal assembly lived up to the reputation of this long-standing company. Well done!

   What is most important is that the wing chair that I ordered is really well made, comfortable and is as described on the website. Secondly customer service couldn't have been better. Artificial Intelligence had mangled my delivery address and I only discovered this after I had sent the order. When I emailed Sloane and Sons to point this out - I had a reassuring response - on a Sunday!! Wow! Thirdly - the chair was well packaged and protected. The legs were easily screwed on and it is simply a great chair. It's neat.
