Moving into a new unfurnished rental, we needed everything. We've been struggling to find value for money, constantly finding items that were either poor quality or just too expensive. We visited Dunelm to look for a bed and were initially a bit deflated as we couldn't see any displayed. As we started looking at rugs instead, a staff member named Liam appeared at the perfect moment. He was incredible. With a smile, he grabbed an iPad, answered all our questions on sizing, checked stock, and even directed us to a size guide. He was so patient and reassuring, telling us with a smile that it was his job and he was happy to help, no matter how many times we asked. We found a rug, but the real "wow" moment came next. We asked about beds, and Liam confirmed they weren't displayed... "But!" he said, "I can help you find one on our website. Would you like to come and sit down while we look?" We sat down, and Liam expertly filtered through the options, remembering our size and colour preferences and even intuitively sticking to our budget. We found the perfect divan and he completed the entire order and took payment right there. It was the most efficient, stress-free purchase we've made. After this huge win, we explored the rest of the store and were so impressed. We found so many high-quality, beautifully designed, and fairly priced items, from Pyrex to lampshades. The real shock was the curtains. We needed large thermal/blackout curtains and found a massive selection at a price that was simply unbeatable for the quality. We found the perfect set, matching ties, and even a cushion for our new bed! We got stuck trying to find a second set of curtains and my fiancé was losing hope. I returned from a quick break to find Liam had reappeared to help! True to his professional nature, he admitted curtains weren't his expertise and asked for a moment to get an expert. He returned with a lovely lady named Sophie, who was a breath of fresh air. She answered all our questions with a huge smile and a genuine desire to help. As she walked away, I overheard Liam apologising for asking her to help after her shift had finished! She just smiled, completely unfazed and happy to have helped. We slept in our new bedding last night, and our new curtains are hung and look beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Liam's knowledge, calm professionalism, and proactive problem-solving were outstanding—I would have thought he was the manager. Thank you, Dunelm, for your diligent hiring. This was, without a doubt, the best shopping experience we've had in ages.

Too many delegators at this store ignoring me when I asked for help. 2 lads chatting in their own language then finally acknowledge me after a minute and even then the one lad was disinterested. I finally got help off a 3rd person who found what I wanted in the warehouse.

Asked to unlock an oxo branded mandolin slicer. There was an Extremely patronising tall brunette who unlocked the item and REFUSED to let the item be seen, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Rudely stayed that I can’t do this and will take it to the till. This is racial profiling at its best. Is one expected to purchase without reading the packaging ?I was with my father who was taken aback. This is unacceptable. Is this how you treat elderly people? I will follow this up with a formal complaint to corporate. I did inform the front manager who apologised but I suspect nothing will change.

One of the biggest Dunelm I’ve been in. It is lovely. I went there for living room curtains. It is just unfortunate to see a few empty shelves. It is a good sign of them been busy hopefully but you gotta fill them with up again.

Huge store, everything you need for your home in one location. I like Dunheln stores, the floorplan is simple and easy to get around. The staff in this store, in particular, were really helpful and caring, great customer service! A+

Brought a blind on line for click and collect went to collect it and was given a dirty blind in broken packaging with parts missing, looked like someone had taken it out didn't want it took it back then gave it to me. I didn't want it either. No more in stock waste of time

Poor waited 20 mins for an assistant to cut some table covering on Sunday, nobody came. Left the store and returned today. Got the covering cut and took it to the till only to be told they don't issue paper receipts only email. What if you don't have a email. Cashier said I don't know but it's policy. What a joke not sure I'll be returning in the near future.

Vast store with lots in it would how I would describe Dunelm We had to purchase a rug for our living room and we found the best options here. They have a nice variety of choices, patterns and thickness. Staff were super helpful. Parking is ample and easy to navigate

Love the refurbished Pausa Cafe in our local store. It is now lovely and bright and fresh looking after its makeover. Good choice of quality food and drinks at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly. In the main store it looked as if there had been a well needed reorganisation and display of goods. Got what I needed which is always good. Disappointed to see they have done away with the previously good choice of sewing materials sold on the role.
