Fabulous experience working with the team to create my beautiful bathroom. Working with a constrained space, they created luxury in the quality of the materials and design touches. The design process felt like a treat to have such attention to my requirements. And the fitting was superb, by the lovely Mark. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
Creative Interiors have just installed my new kitchen and utility area. The service I have received from design with Tim to installation with James has been absolutely fabulous, and I now have the most amazing space. As an existing customer of Creative I knew what to expect, and I wasn’t disappointed third time around. I therefore had complete confidence in Tim’s ability to design and create a beautifully aesthetic kitchen whilst making the best use of space, and he achieved exactly that! James didn’t just install my kitchen, he organised everyone and everything on site. His attention to detail and quality of work was faultless. Nothing was a problem.
Excellent service, no pressure from start to finish in the planning stage. Fitters were amazing couldn’t have asked for more obliging and skilled individuals. Shower room is showroom finished.
I have to say this was an amazing experience from start to finish. We had a previous poor experience with another kitchen company but Creative really went above and beyond our expectations. Tim Pemberton designed a kitchen that we absolutely love and whilst we had some questions about the decision we need not have worried as it has turned out beautifully. We loved having the team at our house whilst the installation was ongoing and I have to say they were perfectionists. Hopefully the photo will bear this out. I am absolutely over the moon with my new kitchen. It is everything I wanted and more. Tim listened to my wants and needs and came up with my perfect kitchen. Neil and Aaron, the carpenters/fitters, did the most amazing job paying so much time to the little details which makes my kitchen so sleek and perfect. I have so many little extras like my cutlery trays and knife trays and pull out larder and non-stick drawer liners and lighting in certain cupboards are just a few to mention. And my pantry is to die for! Tim provided a complete job which included new lighting, plastering, electricians, plumbers. We didn’t have to organize anyone, Tim and Neil did the lot. Absolutely amazing, everything went like clockwork. All deliveries happened when they should and so much care was taken throughout to my home. Every time I walk into my new kitchen I can’t believe it’s mine, it looks like something from a high class magazine. I am so happy, thank you so much to the Creative Team.
From first initial visit to the showroom to the finished project we could not fault the process. Tim the designer, did a first class job suggesting modifications that quite frankly we had not considered, which enhanced the finish result. The installers Andy and Richard worked tirelessly over the 2 weeks with a refreshing can do attitude. Brilliant result which exceed our expectations. Poor customer service. The staff talked themselves out of a kitchen and two bathrooms, and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist. Take your business elsewhere, to a business more keen to engage with customers.
We celebrated our BandQ kitchens survival of family life for 20 years by sending it into retirement. It was difficult choosing between suppliers, but Tim (designer) swung it by being a great listener, understanding and designing some initial concepts, and then tweaking very (very) patiently until we had a great design. Tim took time to understand how we used the space, what we wanted from the kitchen, and the context of the house, materials and space. Execution by James and the fitting team was exacting and methodical, and crafted it carefully- attention to detail and doing things properly is my job, and I respect it in others. The materials and construction are solid and a joy to use. Its a continual joy to use, and is more welcoming for guests as well as functionally great. Great kitchen, great service and certainly recommend. Interested to see Sat Bains as a client- brilliant modern stylish and immaculate food with a wow factor, and Creative seem to mirror that. Downsides? The dogs foodbowl had to move and we have to keep it tidy now.
