Always love a browse here when I get a chance. I never know what I'm gonna leave with. Organised clean and friendly staff. What more can you ask for?
The most unaccessible store I think I have ever been in!! I just wanted to cry it was so bad. There were so many aisles that I couldn't access from either end. There was just so much stuff EVERYWHERE
Always something to buy here. Bargains you don't really need however, must have and those essentials. The staff are helpful and friendly.
No price tags on shelfs or misleading. I wanted buy angle grinder that price below was £29.99 at the till I was told £35. The Range Manager told me that I won't harm his feelings if I will give one star review for this Range store. Definitely they need new management that can cope with changes. Love the Christmas selection here. Upstairs it's like a festive paradise with all the colours and prices here are much cheaper than other places to sell exactly the same products. Also downstairs near the tills they have some lovey little gifts and things you dont see in other stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can be busy, but worth the wait. Nice big free car park.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. Especially with a return. Overheard woman on till saying im not doing it any more they aint got a receipt i aint returning it!. (shes the older lady with alopecia. Sorry to single her out but she was so rude I was shocked) ld had an item for 8 months it was broken. It was a wall clock. I know my rights etc. I wasnt going to stand there and argue. I came home found receipt.. Round trip etc.etc. Anyway was then served by another lady who tried to then tell me the receipt wasnt for the clock. .... I was fuming and then stood and argued!!! turns out it was for the clock she was scanning the wrong bit on the receipt?.... Took over 2 hours for me to return said item... Inc trip back to swad for receipt... Unhappy bunny to say the least!
Shop itself is good but staff rude and unhelpful and when I was served at the customer services desk I didn't get a hello so I wasn't polite back either. But the lady was more than happy to speak to her colleague
Great shop that has a bit of everything. Only a couple of problems with this store is some of the items did not have any prices on them which isn't very good because if there is no staff around you have to take it to the tills to ask them but you have to que up and sometimes they only have 1 till open. Also since Starbucks have opened the car park gets full and now the car park isn't big enough so you have to go into Wickes or B&Q's car park and walk across to the range. I'm not sure if you will get a parking ticket because you ain't going in them stores
A scam! I wanted to buy a christmas decoration for 11.99 then i went to Pay up and it was 20 pounds i called one of the Staff mate then it was for 15 pounds and then i wanted a refund i got my refund but then she asked if i wanted my item still i didnt know what she meant then i knew she wanted to scam me Just to earn extra money and she was smiling at my Child creppily
Their Christmas section is amazing for a low cost store, good range of tools for diy on a budget, surprising amount of paints and a good home section, if you like big mirrors, go there. Always busy abs parking sometimes chaotic but worth it in the end.
