   Good M&S store as it's big enough to stock lots of line, but also not too busy. The little cafe upstairs is great little place to meet friends as you can chat and enjoy some quality food and drinks. The food hall at the back of the store is large and have most things you see in the larger stores. The staff are always super helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended for quality and value of everything they stockl.

   Be warned if you’re using a Sparks card at this outlet. I was misled into buying, my order was messed up and then I was told the item wasn’t even available. I’d already paid for my suit, only to be told I’d have to collect it from another store. The manager, Adam, initially agreed to honour the Sparks offer, then backtracked and said he couldn’t. After 45 minutes of waiting around, the outcome was basically, “we can’t help you.” Utter waste of time. I eventually had to call customer care to sort it out and get my discount. Sadly, M&S seems to be going downhill because of poorly trained staff and poor service.

   Purchased Pacifico lager for £1.50 a bottle thought this should be good for boxing day buffet, how wrong could I be . If you drank carling then had a wee next morning that would be a better drink. Yuk

   Not even worth the one star. I will be telling everyone how disgusting your customer service is. Had an item brought for my little girl for a christmas present so I had no tags and no receipt. The pyjamas were unfit for purpose. The cuffs in the bottoms was too tight and I could not get my little girls foot in them. They would not even give me an exchange from the sale price without a proof of purchase even though online it says my statutory rights I am entitled to a refund or exchange If the item purchased is not of a satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. One minute I could have a refund next the computer wouldn’t proceed. Laughing as I walked away!! Do you like to be little your customers? I asked to speak to the manger a second time and she didn’t come back over I asked what she said and the employee Isabelle said she said to just take it back to the shop you brought it from. Wow I am appauled. So rude!! Do not shop at M&S

   I love they’re clothes - they’re grocery area is sort of dull and over priced -HOWEVER go upstairs to have a slice of cake or they’re soup and bread- 100% a great experience! Allow time because they’re slow however and snag a seat quickly! It’s my favorite afternoon lunch spot!

   Had a quick hot chocolate and some food here, tried the new ( at the time!) spicy lentil soup and orange hot chocolate! Very impressed by the orange hot chocolate you could really taste the orange and it's tang! Happy with the spicy lentil soup! Tasted wholesome, but not very on the spicy side. Staff friendly, I am surprised Burton's branch is rather small comparative to other stores! But it does fit everything you need, restaurant was rather comfortable to sit in and rather clean
