   I recently used Dunelm’s Click & Collect service and was really impressed. The process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. Ordering online was easy, and I received a notification quickly to say my items were ready for collection. When I arrived at the store, the staff were friendly, efficient, and had my order ready in no time. Everything was well-packed and exactly as described. The service saved me time and made shopping hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using Click & Collect again – it’s such a convenient option and Dunelm handled it perfectly.

   Not impressed. Ordered curtains, a pole and some curtain tie back. Made my way to the store to collect when I received an email around 2 hours later. Turns out they’ve cancelled my order for the curtains and curtain pole without sending me any email or notification to let me know. So only the curtain tie backs to collect. Now I have to way 3-7 days for a refund! What a wasted journey, when raised with staff this is just ‘how the website is’ and was told to contact customer service. Have tried to contact customer service but there is no one available as they are ‘offline’. How ridiculous, shocking service and wasted journey.

   Visited today. Helpful staff who offered help and assistance, happy to check if items were in stock in store etc. Only comment would be the amount of displays/stock around the shopfloor aisles. This made it tricky for my sister who uses a mobility scooter to navigate some areas.

   Quality of my goods were great but the advisor knowledge is lacking. I asked a woman with colourful hair about getting blinds on a bay window, she insisted it couldn't be done even thought I've literally seen it. If I didn't know better I would have walked away. Pic of blinds below that supposedly wouldn't work.
