Having just come from a showroom where we were ignored by staff, in contrast the staff at DeVol could not have been more friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and they really know their stuff. Shout out to Ellie in the stone floor section who was fabulous.
Dear Katy, Ian and Lucy Our kitchen project from start to finish has been an absolutely superb and really enjoyable experience with you guys at DeVol. We are both so delighted with the end result and the way that we arrived there with no fuss, no problems and no disappointments. The design, the project management, the solutions and alternatives provided has been excellently executed. I include the delivery chaps who went out of their way to help us and handled all the units into our home with care and consideration. Everything and everybody has been quite superb. We would be very happy to use this as a recommendation should you require. We only wish we had another kitchen so we can do it all again in the future! Quite an exceptional service all round. Thank you so much. You have all been quite brilliant. No doubt we will be in touch for embellishments along the way. In the meantime, we wish you all the best for the future until we talk again, which I sincerely hope that we do!
Top notch place to visit. Plenty of brilliant pieces to be found in this showroom. Be sure not to miss the antiques in the cellar. Staff are pleasant to talk to and are extremely knowledgeable. Very honest too and engaging to talk about the furniture. The snippets of history displayed through the mill were very interesting too; who would've guessed the mill was in the middle of a civil war skirmish? I wouldn't have. The gardens are lovely too, and very nice to see in person. As fans of the show visiting from Arizona, it was a great visit. Visiting really makes you want a kitchen.
We absolutely loved visiting Cotes Mill. We wanted to see in person the craftmanship and different showrooms. What an experience! Simply gorgeous on every level. The Mill is such a beautiful space above and beyond anything we've seen in the US. Craftmanship above and beyond! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Worth the visit from Washington State!
We've watched their show, For the Love of Kitchens, since it first came on. When we found ourselves in Newark, just a short drive away, we decided to take a morning to see the headquarters for ourselves. We found the showrooms and grounds to be impeccably cared for. Everything is just as beautiful in person as it appears in the show. The staff were outstandingly warm and kind. We enjoyed many interesting conversations with them and the theme that ran through was how grateful each of them was to work there, doing what they love. We had an amazing time visiting!

What an amazing customer service. Purchased a kitchen 6 years ago and while not cheap, it is still looking great with some real heavy use. Extractor fan broke last week and when I investigated spotted a flaw with the initial installation. Contacted Devol with some pictures and an explanation and they very quickly decided to put it right. From Rhys in customer queries to Rich and Will who replaced the extractor unit, the service has been outstanding. So yes, not cheap kitchens, but great value. Would whole heartedly recommend Devol!!!!!
