   Easy to get to. Well laid out. As a rule I normally go to one of the other big DIY outlets because I regard B&Q as "last resort" due to thier very high prices. For once I was pleasantly surprised - I was after 12mm plywood to cover a floor and it was cheaper ( even allowing for trade discount) than at the other DIY place ! It pays to check !

   Thurs 3pm. 1 till open, all self-serve tills closed (although when I walked in they were all open) 11 customer deep queue with trolleys and carts et al. Staff wanding around all over the place but just one till. Are they vying to be the next b&q to close?

   We saw Rob a few times regarding our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, he was patience, efficient and so helpful. He made us feel important and that our project was important to him too. We had to take our 3 year old one time and he couldnt do enough to make sure she was entertained too. Thank you so much Rob for the best service

   Good location and plenty of parking. Separate trading entrance and lots of options but I couldn't find what I went to buy. When I asked for help, I was told that we don't bring out and put stock until we close at 8 so if its not there than its finish for the day. I find lack of customer service.
