   I visited the store on Wed, 12th November to collect my parcel which was never delivered to the store. Even though if was nearly a closing time for the store two gentlemen working there went the extra mile in trying to locate my parcel. They ran CS team and even nearby stores! It was nothing they could do but their effort meant everything! Thank you so much, your customer care was truly exceptional!

   I recently visited Next Home at Wyvern Retail Park to purchase two armchairs for my elderly parents. I was seeking more information about the various fabric options and was fortunate to be assisted by Priya. For a young sales assistant, Priya went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an independent choice. She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to confidently choose the right fabric for the armchairs. Priya also offered additional information about sofas for my own home, which was very helpful. She is truly a credit to the Next Home department. Highly recommend her assistance!

   Wear uniform so people can tell who's supposed to be helping. The only reason I could see for not wearing a uniform is to avoid customers. Click and collect is pointless if you just have 1 person doing all orders and making us wait. Generally just facile and pointless and that's before I start with the condescending tone in almost every member of staff. I actively avoid next stores because of this.

   Would actually give them 0 starts if I could, I was transferred to them from Next head office and the phone rang about 50 times then the bloke who answered was rushing to say his name which I didn’t get, I have learning difficulties and he huffed on the phone put me on hold and I was on hold for 12 minutes and then someone picked it up and purposefully put it down. Disgusting behaviour for someone with learning difficulties trying to understand. He made me feel like I was the problem never shop here, not all disabilities are visible.

   This is a nice shop, as are most Next Home shops. We usually come out with something and today was no exception. Prices tend to be reasonable for most items and the staff are always friendly. I feel the quality of the products is usually good. My daughter loves filling her bedroom with trinkets from this shop so always best to leave her at home.
