“My little girl started a couple months ago. The staff have been brilliant, they have spent the time getting to know my daughter and me, couldn’t have found a better nursery for my girl . She has come on loads with her speech, singing and movement.”

“Came today with my partner and our 2 daughters (8+10) we did the scary fairy tale and omg! It was amazing! The staff are next level, the puzzles are awesome, the waiting room is full of incredible games and puzzles to get you in the mood! They also offer a locker for any bags for your phones/bags etc! Amazing place and we'll definitely be back! Can't wait!”

We did Edith, I wished they were a higher variety of puzzles but we enjoyed them still, a bit scary, definitely got some screams out of us ahahaha, enjoyed the uniqueness of the story behind the room. “Staff Brilliant, location easy to find, fantastic service and excellent customer service from a friendly welcoming team. Toilets are what feels like in another building but up a few stairs! Unfortunately they can’t make a cosmopolitan cocktail….. only what’s on the menu…. Enjoy”

“I highly recommend this place for families with young children! It’s amazing how much fun you can have inside a historic house. Each room had toys and displays that caught my three-year-old twin boys’ attention, and they spent the whole day there! It was raining, so they could play indoors as much as they wanted, which was perfect. It’s even better that National Trust members can visit for free. There are still places we haven’t seen yet, so I’d love to come back someday.”

“On arrival to the Jennings rooms we were greeted by staff and shown to our table that we had literally booked 10 minutes prior to our arrival. The restaurant was pretty full and busy. The food smelled absolutely amazing. We had ordered the beef Sunday lunch and a pudding. The food and service was amazing. We will definitely be back soon. S&P”

“With a P Inn you always know what you get. We were a little disappointed that they didn't have any P Plus rooms. But in the nes it was fine. Room smelt a bit damp when we arrived. But cleared after an hour. The breakfast team were one of the best I habe seen at a P Inn. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. We didn't have a car so cant comment on parking. Location was very central. Easy access to everything. Easy to get Uber taxis.”

“From day one this hotel was just perfect! The location is spot on – right next to the Derbion with fantastic transport links, making it really convenient. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable, everything feels fresh and well looked after. The staff here are absolutely brilliant – friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The restaurant is top notch nosh, with great food and service to match. A special shout out has to go to both Pat and George for their incredible customer service. They were lovely, chatty, friendly, and nothing was ever too much to ask. They’re a true credit to the team and made my stay extra enjoyable. Can’t recommend this Premier Inn highly enough – I’ll definitely be back!”

“I took a leap and booked a Jumpin party package just 2.5 weeks before the event, despite never having been there before—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I booked, every staff member provided outstanding service. I called several times with questions and each time I was greeted with friendly and helpful responses. The kids had a blast in the ball pit before our session began, and the team was incredibly accommodating, even welcoming two surprise guests without any issues. Safety was a top priority, with staff stationed throughout the play area ensuring the kids were safe. Hand sanitizers were readily available, which was a nice touch. Our party host was the sweetest person, making the experience even better. The party room was clean and nicely set up, with comfortable seating. We were given a balloon arch, cake knife, cutlery, paper plates, and cups—though the party lights didn’t work, but that was only a minor hiccup. We ordered pizzas, which the kids loved, along with chips, salad, a tray of delicious fruit, and two amazing cake/biscuit boxes that I’m still raving about. Unlimited squash was available throughout our session. The host helped us both set up and clean up, and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! Paid parking is available, and you have 5 minutes from your arrival to pay. As a side note, Jumpin Derby is the only place I’ve visited since arriving in the UK where every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful!”

“Stayed here for going to a gig in town, clean and comfortable, a short walk or taxi ride to the centre of Derby... staff are lovely, plenty of free parking and a buffet breakfast for £10.75... the scrambled eggs were really good, a good choice of hot and cold food plus there's a bar and the restaurant serves other dishes all day.”

Emma was very attentive and very friendly made us feel very welcomed and really appreciate all the help she provided. There was a lot of us and she went out her way to make our stay wonderful! We turned up late to reception and the guy went out of his way to get us a room suitable for 3 adults. Nothing was too much trouble and we got a fairly good night's sleep. “Ordered a mirror via Click & Collect on 06/11 and went to pick it up, only to realise the car was just a bit too small! Thankfully, Courtney came to our rescue — she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and friendly, laughed along with my mum and me as we tried all sorts of ideas to make it fit, and went above and beyond to help us. In the end, we managed to get it in the car, and we couldn’t have done it without her”

“Good location. It's nice to be able to have good enough food too. Most soft plays lack that. My children loved the soft play. Note: It does get busy and you might struggle to find a table. It's definitely a nicer place to visit when it's a bit quieter.”

“Booked this for a group of kids for my step daughters birthday. The team were wonderful in helping us organise it at reasonably short notice, too (with a Groupon voucher also). On the day, they were just lovely, patient (though this looked to have been tested by the end, there was another group also, so honestly I commend their efforts for getting a large group of kids and also a family of 4or5, some of ours arrived late and had to catch up, one was much younger than the rest so needed alme extra guidance etc) friendly and kind. Can't recommend enough, I'm sure we'll be back at some point, each of the kids loved the book-worm they made. Well done and thank you!”
