   Arrived at hotel booked early check-in and was attended to straight away. Staying or 3 nights so told if we wanted room cleaning anything just ask .booked the meal deal which includes buffet breakfast and 2 coarse evening meal. We usually only have the breakfast but seeing it was new years eve we didn't want to wander around trying to find somewhere to eat .the evening meal was better than expected having.the mixed grill, gammon diner and the traditional fish and chips plus a sweet and a drink every night all cooked to perfection. The 2 staff that looked after us on an evening Lyle and Susanne were very polite and cheerful and couldn't do enough or you .this for me is one of the best premier inns that we visit .the staff food and location are great .definitely will return

   Stayed here NYE for two nights, was a great experience, the male and female staff members working in evenings were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Good location for shopping. Great value for money, will be booking again.

   I must say very very poor customer service, it is my personal experience. There was no one at reception to attend to any guests one broken bell switches on the reception desk that they say to ring for attention, rang it 10 times no one came ,then started to calling on reception phone while I was standing at reception but again no one even bothered to answer the call too. I really don't understand that these people are in service industry but with this poor service (no service). Eventually I left the property after 30 minutes of struggle.

   With a P Inn you always know what you get. We were a little disappointed that they didn't have any P Plus rooms. But in the nes it was fine. Room smelt a bit damp when we arrived. But cleared after an hour. The breakfast team were one of the best I habe seen at a P Inn. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. We didn't have a car so cant comment on parking. Location was very central. Easy access to everything. Easy to get Uber taxis.

   We had a great stay, the staff were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble. An excellent nights sleep in a comfy, clean room. We would definitely return. The kids had a great time!

   Only thing is I am not a fan of heights being on the six floor I had to shut the curtains. They can be very busy and if they have got rooms where they can accommodate you they will so I'm hoping in the future. I would like try the first floor the second third and the fourth and fifth just to get the spectra of different levels and what are the rooms are like. I like to try the disabled and wet accessible as I have got a disability.a while I was staying on the 6th floor I couldn't use the bath because I didn't bring my bath board. Apart from that the room was lovely clean warm comfortable the staff were lovely too I enjoy the breakfast. I also local ❤️

   The bed wasn't a full sized double, which didn't make it easy for two people to fit in. The shower was inside the bath which isn't a problem in and of itself, but we both found it difficult to get into and out of the shower, bare in mind neither of us have any mobility problems. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and the room was spotless.

   Stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a work trip and enjoyed it the staff is very kind and helpful, parking in the car park in front of the hotel only costs £3.60 daily if staying at Premier Inn. Only thing I would say needs to be improved is the cleaning no one changed towels for 4 days and the toilet does not even have a toilet brush which I found very disgusting. It’s also not a cleaners job to clean other peoples skid marks in general. So hotel needs to up the standards on cleanliness.
