   Horribly dissatisfied with the quality of service, cleanliness of the place and the food. We went on a Sunday afternoon (26 May) and it was hardly busy at all. We had to wait because all the tables were dirty and uncleaned. We got to our table after 5 mins and had to wait over an hour for our food, which then arrived only mildly warm. We saw our food sitting ready for service for 15+ minutes before being served to us. There were a lot of servers (at least 4) but everything took so long. When we left, the tables that were dirty before we arrived, were STILL dirty. It’s terrible eating in a place surrounded by mess. We not be attending again. Awful experience.

   Went Saturday lunchtime with some family and friends (6 of us). It wasn't overly busy and the atmosphere seemed ok at first. However, unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. We waited far too long for drinks and were missing a couple of the order. The food took some time, which wasn't an issue, but things again were missing off the order and errors made (beef instead of a chicken burger). The waitress and staff were friendly enough, but clearly the waitress was incompetent at doing the job. When the bill came, that was also wrong and they tried to over charge us for the food without taking into account the set meal offers. Overall, the food was average and the service was quite frankly disorganised and embarrassing. It was such a shame. We will not be returning and wouldn't recommend. Sort it out TGI's!

   Food was great. Had been about a year ago and wasn't impressed with it but I have to say it has improved by miles now. Service was friendly if a little slow when first entering the store. It soon picked up as soon as we were seated. Overall great experience and I will be going back soon.

   Been here loads of times each time I think it's getting worse. service is slow even though there aren't many people in. Oreo milkshake was good so we're the mozzarella dippers thats about it. Had the red hot louisiana burger really dry and tasteless (see photo below). Not worth the money KFC do a much better burger.

   15mins after sitting at our table that I had booked, we're still waiting to even see a waiter/waitress. Lucky as I type this, we're just asked.for our order. My only question here would be, shouldn't our drinks order be taken when shown our seats? Order taken at 20:25 Drinks arrived after our starters at 20:43 after we'd told the waitress. At 20:57 I had to go up to the bar, where my wife's drink was just sat there on the bar. All this after just witnessing staff just messing about having a laugh. Very frustrating Starters arrived at 20:41, before we'd even got our drinks!! The chicken tacos were great. The garlic & chilli prawns were also really nice. Mains arrived at 21:10 and everything was great, no complaints on the food. Our drinks, the June bug wasn't a June bug and my JD an coke came with 12 pieces of ice. I had half a glass of drink basically, after taking the ice out. Basically, a really frustrating and slow service, and it's not the first time it's been like this, hence this live from the table review. Stop leaving customers feeling abandoned once seated and get drinks out quicker.

   It was my first visit to a TGI Friday's and I am very impressed. I loved the theme of the place and how the low lighting made the room more intimate. The waiting staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was delicious! I'm not normally a fan of burgers but the one I had here was fantastic, really tasty and juicy. The fries were dead nice, too. Definitely a place to visit again.

   Live the burgers and fries combo, but I have to say that the nachos was to greasy and not to my liking, overall the experience was pretty fun, the staff was great and the Spector was interesting.

   Was seated very quickly on a Friday afternoon, the whole atmosphere was fun and lively. Great selection of food and drinks, some amazing looking cocktails! Staff were very friendly, I especially appreciated our server Stevie for being so kind, fun and helpful! The good was great, really loved it and will be returning!
