Will never drop off at this charity shop again. Received a £60 parking fine for parking in the wrong spot. I was less than 4 minutes.
Came all the way from Nottingham to see what they had here, spent £20 on petrol, called her on the phone a day before I planned my journey and she said they were open 9-5 on Saturdays, I came all the way just to see the shop is closed, annoyed me so much, can’t believe what a liar they were.
If I could give no stars I would.!Washer priced over 320 pounds . Did a quick search online found the washer over 100 cheaper brand new!!!Considering you rely on the good will of the general public for your stock and to keep your charity running it's shocking! For this day forward I won't donate I won't shop in any of your stores . There are family's are struggling to buy a loaf bread... still you have managers wages to pay. Avoid! Look around you will find prices cheaper!!!
BE CAREFUL OF THESE COWBOYS. Absolute cowboy company, went in to browse the shop. Was looking in the window for 5 minutes after and got a parking ticket. Paid the ticket. Will not donate anything to this shop or shop here again. If you wish to look around here don’t park here. Disgusting. Parking company opening hours is 0900 - 1400. Must be nice finishing before anyone has a chance to question it. After ringing the shop it’s self they said that a traffic warden comes in to the shop and asks about who’s parked where? What good is that? I wasn’t asked. Thanks for an expensive browse of your store. Parking fine was £60 which rises to £100 if you don’t pay straight away. Was going to appeal but if they only work 6 hours a day what’s the point? By the time they review my appeal it will just increase to £100 and they will probably just deny it on the basis that some jobs worth traffic warden hasn’t done his job properly. Just AVOID at all costs unless you want to pay £60 for a browse around the store. The fact the store uses this parking company to take photos of their customers cars and charge them just completely disgusts me. Totally unethical and not within the values of which a charity shop should hold.
will not be going again , man watching as you walk and browse as if you are stealing. was threatened with a parking ticket whilst in the shop. shameful for saying this is a charity expecting donations from kind people and you end up with parking fine plus you are made to feel extremely uncomfortable whilst in the store!
Excellent collection from two guys who were very friendly, quick and professional. They carried out what was essentially a complete house clearance for us. A great service for a marvellous charity. Nice one guys!
Be very careful! Was shopping there and was inside the shop and get parking ticket! Not gonna pay will go further with it this is ridiculous! Who justified them to give ticket if you shopping there? What is the customer parking for then???
There is a lot of good quality items from beds, cookers, fridges, glassware tables, well worth a visit
I happened to walk past this shop. I wanted a new double bed. They had quite a few new beds. Found the one I wanted excellent price. Delivered within two.hours. Delivery men even took it to the room in question. All put together no trying g to put it together myself. HD so.e lovely thi gs in there
I know it's a charity shop,still, overcharging nearly four pounds it's not nice at all! I thought I may got mistaken,so when I came home I checked again, nope! not nice! even if it's for a good cause, people shouldn't say more than they want to! in addition to not very nice customer service. grumpy and not welcoming men, looking at me down. won't visit again!
