“A Truly Magical 5th Birthday Party! We were so thrilled to have Magic Marty perform at our son's 5th birthday party. From the moment he started, he had every single child completely captivated. It was amazing to see all the kids fully engaged, laughing, and participating in the show. Magic Marty has a fantastic way of connecting with his audience, remembering the kids names and making everyone feel like they are a part of the magic. The tricks were perfect for the age group, and the energy was high the entire time. It was a stress-free and wonderfully entertaining experience for us all. “I could not have asked for more caring staff for my son. When he started the nursery, he was behind developmentally as he was born 9 weeks early. Staff have supported his development throughout, going above and beyond to ensure he is happy and secure. The communication with parents is exceptional- we can make contact whenever necessary and are guaranteed a prompt and in depth response from staff. I was well supported when my son was undergoing developmental tests at the hospital- Vanessa gave me huge amounts of her time, which I did not expect. The SENDCO support is outstanding- my son's additional needs were promptly identified and we were given exceptional support, including extra meetings, involvement from third parties, and numerous phone calls. I couldn't ask for a better setting. My younger son has joined now too, and loves it! The staff are phenomenal- my son's adore them. Staff stay for years and there has been no staff turnover since my boys started. They still have the same key staff for the entire 2 years of preschool, which is wonderful.”

“My daughter has been with Hove Station since she was 4 months and will sadly be leaving shortly after her 3rd birthday due to us relocating. Every single person we have had contact with over the years has been nothing but kind and professional. The Nursery is clean, spacious and very well equipped. If we have ever had any queries the Management Team have responded very quickly. It is no surprise that their Ofsted report was Outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone. “Such a wonderful nursery, my daughter settled in so well in the beginning and runs in every morning without a backward glance. The staff are so friendly and caring. The activities are varied and interesting, lots of fun for the children with really inventive ways for the children to learn key skills. The trips the children go on are an added bonus. The spaces for each age group are well-designed and furnished for each developmental stage. The nursery is just such a wonderful, nurturing setting.”

“A great escape room experience. They have a variety of rooms (we have tested two so far and aiming to go back soon!), including one for 2 people only, which is a very nice addition. The rooms are well thought out and are perfect for a relaxing morning/afternoon with your family for the time being and friends whenever things allow it again. “Absolutely incredible experience! We took on the Trapped for Cash escape room and had an amazing time from start to finish. The puzzles were clever, the storyline was engaging, and the whole room was packed with fun surprises. Our producer, Abi, was fantastic—friendly, enthusiastic, and brilliant at setting the scene. She guided us perfectly without giving too much away and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this escape room to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and memorable. We’ll definitely be back for more!”

“Excellent escape room. We had a go at Onewing Airways and it had a good level of difficulty and varied and interesting puzzles. The set design was fantastic. Also our host / helper was fantastic. We'll definitely be returning to have a go at one of the other rooms.”

“We had a fantastic time. From the start our host Jonah made the whole experience super fun and enjoyable (he was a real superstar!). The room itself was excellent with great styling, props and various puzzles including two crawl spaces that my kids loved. We have been to quite a few escape rooms in different places but we all agreed that this was the best experience we have had. We left super happy and relaxed (when some escape rooms can leave us stressed and agitated). Jonah also helped us out with a perfect lunch recommendation before sending us on our merry way. Overall, this was brilliant”

“We had such a fun experience attempting to escape Dodge City! There were multiple rooms, all excellently decorated. Throughout there were puzzles to complete, individually or as a team. The experience was completed by our amazing game host Mi!!! We highly recommend!!”

“I cannot recommend Hopscotch nursery highly enough. Our daughter started attending when she was 20 months old. The team were incredibly supportive to both our daughter and us during the settling in process. Since starting, our daughter’s confidence as well as language development has been incredible. She absolutely loves going in and has built strong relationships with her key workers and other children. The team are very good at keeping us updated on activities and development. I particularly appreciate that I was encouraged to always call if I want to check in. It’s very reassuring knowing your child is in such safe and caring hands.”

“This was booked as a Christmas present for me, my husband and my elderly parents. We had a great time and at 84 years old, my dad discovered he’s good at shooting zombies - who knew?!! The puzzles were challenging and we did run out of time, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were monitored closely and given help along the way when we just couldn’t quite get there (bit too often for my ego!!). They really helped to accommodate my dad managing the stairs (on second floor) and were really friendly. We’d love to go back and do it again now! Thoroughly recommended.”

“Visited today with my 2yr old and we loved it. Lots of free parking, not cheap but the toys and set up is excellent along with the coffee. Socks must be worn for adults and kids. Please note google maps will not take you to the correct place so use the pin drop on the street to guide you.”

“My son has been at Hopscotch since he was 15 months old, the staff have been absolutely wonderful and caring towards him. The facilities are fantastic and I strongly feel my son has had a great and enriching experience throughout his time with the Portland Road site. The key workers, Debbie and Sian were so warm and friendly to deal with and I always felt he was in safe hands with them, however that being said, all of the nursery staff that I have met Taylor, Leah, Alex, to name but a few have all been wonderful and a credit to the nursery. Highly recommend.”

“My daughter is 2.5 year old and has never left me. I was very anxious about sending her to nursery but knew she’d benefit from the social aspect. The staff at hopscotch have gone above and beyond to make her feel nurtured and safe. They give each child the care and attention they need whilst also running group activities that are fun, engaging but always have a skill being taught within. I am extremely grateful for the support my daughter and I have received in this transition and could not ask for a better environment for her to be looked after in.”

“When I saw they did a Lego Icons set from dune I knew I had to get it. (I hope they make more Dune Sets) I like to see the more expensive ones in person first before purchasing them as the images never really fully show the product exactly how it is. Visiting the store we were welcomed very politely by staff. Looking around a team member saw me looking and offered to open the display case and let me see the set in person along with showing the features like retractable wings and landing gear etc. Really good experience I have to say. I like the very friendly staff who are positive and helpful. Very, very nice store. Love shopping here. 10/10”

“Worth booking ahead to save a little money. £20 each person. The i360 holds maximum 200 people. Views were fantastic. Best on a clear sunny day. Or evening sunset. Bar service was great. We enjoyed a glass of champagne as we travelled upwards to the highest spot.”
