Have loved Hopscotch Nizells, super grateful to Vanessa and the team for the amazing care and support they have given to our daughters.
I could not have asked for more caring staff for my son. When he started the nursery, he was behind developmentally as he was born 9 weeks early. Staff have supported his development throughout, going above and beyond to ensure he is happy and secure. The communication with parents is exceptional- we can make contact whenever necessary and are guaranteed a prompt and in depth response from staff. I was well supported when my son was undergoing developmental tests at the hospital- Vanessa gave me huge amounts of her time, which I did not expect. The SENDCO support is outstanding- my son's additional needs were promptly identified and we were given exceptional support, including extra meetings, involvement from third parties, and numerous phone calls. I couldn't ask for a better setting. My younger son has joined now too, and loves it! The staff are phenomenal- my son's adore them. Staff stay for years and there has been no staff turnover since my boys started. They still have the same key staff for the entire 2 years of preschool, which is wonderful.
All three of my children have attended Hopscotch Nizells Avenue and two of them are still there, experiencing the high level of care that this nursery provides. You really have the sense that the staff there know your child inside out and care about their development and their experience. There is a real sense of professionalism but fun at the same time and I always know that when I drop my children off they will be well looked after. Thank you all for all your hard work.
Since joining Hopscotch when he was one, my son has enjoyed his days at Hopscotch Nizells Avenue. The emotional support the teams provide to the children throughout the day (and parents at tricky drop-offs!) is impressive and demonstrative of their genuine care and commitment to their roles and the children they look after. The range of daily activities is huge, well crafted and thought through - both fun and rooted in supporting development. Feedback to us is always informative, pertinent and communication is brilliant especially between us and his key workers - who go above and beyond to keep us informed. We will always be very appreciative and grateful to the teams and management staff for making our son’s years before school so happy, rich and enjoyable.
I don’t think I can explain how privileged I feel that my son and daughters are in the care of hopscotch on Nizells. They have everything and more. Kindness compassion, and a genuine interest in all their needs. I feel my children are thriving. Also, it seems to me the staff love what they do. They love to go the extra mile. I also feel involved every day with their summaries. Can’t recommend this nursery more. 10 stars!!!
Both of our children go to Hopscotch Nizells Ave and they are incredibly happy there. The teachers are brilliant and always think of creative ways to entertain and educate the little ones. The teachers tend to stay working there for years which shows that it is also a good place for them to work. I thoroughly trust them and know the kids are being taken care of very well. I would highly recommend them as a nursery.
Our son has been going to Hopscotch Nizells for just over a year, since he was 11 months old. From day one he was happy to be there, we’ve never had any tears or wobbles at the gates, and he leaves at the end of each day with a big smile on his face. He’s learnt so much from his lovely teachers at hopscotch over the past year, and the way they care for and nurture the children has really exceeded our expectations. I have total peace of mind when he is at hopscotch, which as busy working parents is a real relief. The facilities are well maintained, bright, clean and fun, with lots of space. Communication from the admin team is always swift and polite. We couldn’t ask for more, and I would recommend Hopscotch Nizells to any parents looking for a home from home for their child to develop, learn and grow.
We can not fault Hopscotch Nizells. A wonderful nursery with amazing staff and management. The nursery is spotless, colouful and fun, they have a an amazing soft play room which our kids adored. The staff are friendly, super caring and engaging. We couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend.
