“We had our perfect wedding day 23.08.2025. We first met Jamie at a wedding fair 2 years ago and instantly clicked from the get go, there was no pushy sales tactics just a genuine conversation about his experience and the products and services he had to offer. “Headline: One of the best escape rooms we've done. It was well-constructed, immersive, challenging, well-supported and fun. Highly recommended. Our guide was Rosie, who was professional and enthusiastic. We went for the jail break themed room, and it was very well decorated and engrossing. The puzzles are varied and challenging, and definitely recommended to avid escape room fans.”

“Brilliant facility, especially the football camps in half term. The coaches are first class with all the kids, final games of the day with the champions league walk out is an electric atmosphere for all the kids playing and spectating. Cant recommend it enough. Plus the weekly games for all U6’s and U7’s to give them a proper competitive feel before starting at U8’s. Quality from everyone involved.”

“I really enjoy this place. Decent facilities, not for everyone as it hasn't got the facilities to match a large commercial gym etc. But a nice selection based on its size. Been using the place since I went to college here so that's probable why I enjoy it so much - nostalgia! Decent squash courts and squash community.”

“Lovely cinema, comfy seats, friendly staff, it's just up from Dennys so it's in a great location. Plenty of parking too, just remember to enter your vehicle registration into the tablet at the cashier desk when you get there, or you will be fined after 2 hours.”

“It’s been a lot better since I started going back . I just do a loop now until my neck feels better . The manager was really nice filling in a form when I slipped in sauna and naiomi in Starbucks was really nice to me and remembered my pikachu hat . I tried using the gym but I my bad posture stops me using the equipment right and I just want make the pain in my neck and that go away but the staff have been a lot friendlier and I ignore anyone who gives me grief now .”

“I stayed here with my family and couldn’t of been happier with the choice. The staff from start to finish were amazing very helpful, cheerful and positive. I’m terrible at remembering names but every single one of the staff were positive nothing to say negative towards them, easy to find our rooms and ours was spot on. We went down on Halloween and in our room was a bag of sweets and a nice little card so the kids loved both the sweets (obviously) and the card as a nice gesture, the kids will remember this little detail I would highly recommend to stay here and I will be when visiting family again”

“I recently stayed at Village Hotel Swansea, and it’s genuinely one of the best hotels in the city. The entire place is exceptionally neat and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of my favourite things is the Starbucks on the ground floor — such a nice touch! They also have EV charging stations available in the parking area, which is extremely convenient. Overall, I absolutely love this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Swansea.”

“Four of us met for breakfast this morning. Had a really pleasant young waitress - sorry didn't catch her name. But she was great. We had the small breakfast which was really tasty and more than enough, and the refillable filter coffee. Excellent value we will be back.”

“Good, friendly, welcoming gym. PLENTY of parking, have to input registration in the computer there during ‘quiet’ hours. Decently equipped, plenty of time during the day when it’s quiet to avoid the crowds. Absolutely 100% non-judgmental gym, lots of knowledgeable and helpful gym members and staff. Well recommended to anyone.”

“My daughter has spent a full year at this nursery, and I truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and dedicated — they create such a warm and nurturing environment for the children. I am so grateful for the love and support my daughter received here. “This was a great hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed it every morning. There is also a cute outdoor area to sit closer to nature. The snacks from the bar were also delicious. The only small obstacle is that the hotel does not have an elevator however their staff help you carry your luggage up the stairs. the rooms are great, spacious and with plenty of commodities.”

“Great place to stay. Amanda and Dave, on the front desk, gave excellent service. Got checked in quickly, including sorting out parking to ensure I wasn't charged. They gave info on the opening times of the other services facilities and if I had any problems that they were there to assist. Bedrooms were clean and fresh, and had that freshly deep cleaned smell. The facilities overall are a bit worn with age, but nothing severely damaged, and it wouldn't take much to get these small things sorted. But this didn't detract from my stay. Certainly a place I would look forward to using again, after a long day of work and driving.”

“Good service, best chips and generally good food as there was no complaints from my group if friends. Went there for a birthday celebration and they gave the person with the birthday a slice of cake, which I believe is a TGI.Friday special cake, and sung a happy birthday song. Great evening, I'd recommend to anyone who loves burgers and ribs who isn't on a tight budget as it's quite expensive.”

“The staff were so understanding and helpful when I was staying here last month. There was a little mishap where I ended up not paying the breakfasts for my partner at the time. Instead of making it a big fuss, they simply asked I bring my card the next day to pay the rest. Apart from that, the bed was brilliant and I slept so easy. The dog did, too!”

“We visited on Mother's day for a 3 course carvery meal. The staff were all lovely, especially Lois behind the bar who I had a laugh with & the very happy singing man serving at the meat station. The carvery quality was MUCH higher than Toby C. Big portions of meat, stunning roasties, veg fresh & topped up frequently and everything was cooked very very nicely. Our first visit here but it will certainly not be the last. Highly recommend trying this place, especially as the carvery prices are so good!”
