   I stay in Premier Inn's a lot with work, this was a family night away. The Inn was as expected and a good night's sleep. The breakfast however was pretty poor, not like the usual standard of Premier Inn. We arrived at 09:30 for breakfast and throughout we were pretty much left with the left overs. No black pudding after asking, no fried or scrambled eggs, lots of things running out. Things did get replenished later but you couldn't get a full fry up at any 1 time. I'd stay again but miss the breakfast.

   Lovely touch with the little note in our room, all the little extra thought add up. Stay was lovely little warm in evening but beds are always comfortable and room lovely and clean. 2nd time staying here so I knew the parking this time around. Breakfast ok, wish they would change their sausages though as they are not very nice cooked well though. Breakfast is a bargain for big families but when it’s just one adult and child I feel that you’re paying for the bigger families to eat sort of speak. Had to wait a good while for an egg as they ran out, not their fault some people got to be greedy with these things. Over all lovely stay thank you, friendly staff.

   Firstly, Gina at check-in was excellent and a credit to the hotel. The room was standard PI, comfortable bed and good firm pillows. Basic amenities. The bathroom needs a serious update though, very scruffy. Breakfast was surprisingly good for only £10. The location is excellent. Just a very pleasant short walk to town. Plenty of parking next door at £6 for 24 hours, payment by card or cash. Handy Tesco express joined to the hotel.

   Excellent service quality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thanks to Seema at reception; her kindness and professionalism truly made my stay more pleasant. The hotel’s waterfront view is beautiful and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

   The hotel and rooms are very outdated. The rooms are sparsely furnished, the windows cannot be opened, and there’s an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. There’s no toilet brush, a very small TV, and no wardrobe – only five hangers are provided. The bed was comfortable, though. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast. The reception is not even worth mentioning. The parking spaces in front of the hotel are paid. Overall, the price-performance ratio is completely off.

   The hotel is being updated, but we were told this when booking, so it's not an issue for us. The car park is massive £6 you need coins for 24 hours. Good location, a short walk in to town which is good the area is quiet. The rooms were clean, so I would stop again.

   Room as expected - high standard of Premier Inn. Beefeater restaurant on site. Meal deal excellent value for money. Tesco Express on site and close to Arena and other attractions. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

   Spacious rooms, clean. Bathroom has a slight smell. There is only 1 electric socket near the bed not idea when i need to charge the mobile phone & use at the sane time. Otherwise its good & value for money.

   Standard premier Inn - great room, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Can't fault the position on the waterfront with a beefeater attached and a Tesco metro underneath. Easy walking distance to town centre with restaurants (including a Marco Pierre White) close by. Note that the parking is a pay and display next door. I'm assuming that the hotel is a build designed for Premier Inn so can't understand why there was so much noise from the room above when they walked around - it was as if the flooring was loose. Also, the windows are sealed but the air conditioning didn't seem to work - on an (admittedly unseasonal) October day & night it was very warm! Despite this, I'd definitely stay again in preference to the town centre hotel due to the surrounding area.

   Rooms are good although we couldn't get the room temperature down. Good location and a short walk into town. good for watching the jellyfish on the waterfront. Just be careful with the car park which is payable. Pay by cash as the machine only accepts coins . Don't bother with the car park app as they charge you extra.
