Our guide was Rosie, who was professional and enthusiastic. We went for the jail break themed room, and it was very well decorated and engrossing. The puzzles are varied and challenging, and definitely recommended to avid escape room fans.”

As an autistic and disabled mum I sometimes struggle with days out with my child but I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff for their kindness and patience and making us feel so welcome! If you're looking for a fab day out, I highly reccomend taking your littles there x or even biggies! The climbing systems can handle up to 150kgs! “Came here to watch 'Port Talbort Gotta Banksy' - thoroughly enjoyed the play & surroundings in the Arts section of the theatre. The building outside is original however the interiors are so contemporary with fantastic use of light, colour, glass, materials etc. Original features such as the spiral staircase have been modernised - it's worth a visit to see the architecture & interiors- take a look at my pictures - they speak volumes! P.s your able to go on the roof trellis & have a fab view of surrounding area with old building tops in view as well as the surrounding mountains.”

“Brilliant facility, especially the football camps in half term. The coaches are first class with all the kids, final games of the day with the champions league walk out is an electric atmosphere for all the kids playing and spectating. Cant recommend it enough. Plus the weekly games for all U6’s and U7’s to give them a proper competitive feel before starting at U8’s. Quality from everyone involved.”

“I really enjoy this place. Decent facilities, not for everyone as it hasn't got the facilities to match a large commercial gym etc. But a nice selection based on its size. Been using the place since I went to college here so that's probable why I enjoy it so much - nostalgia! Decent squash courts and squash community.”

“Tenpin Swansea is a fantastic improvement! I'd visited a few months back and wasn't overly impressed, but they've clearly renovated, and it's now a wonderful place for a fun evening out. We visited on a Friday and it was jam-packed, so we had to wait about 45 minutes for a lane, but it was absolutely worth it. The facilities are great, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the place looks so much better after the renovation. Despite being busy, everything was well-maintained and the staff were efficient.”

“Lovely cinema, comfy seats, friendly staff, it's just up from Dennys so it's in a great location. Plenty of parking too, just remember to enter your vehicle registration into the tablet at the cashier desk when you get there, or you will be fined after 2 hours.”

“It’s been a lot better since I started going back . I just do a loop now until my neck feels better . The manager was really nice filling in a form when I slipped in sauna and naiomi in Starbucks was really nice to me and remembered my pikachu hat . I tried using the gym but I my bad posture stops me using the equipment right and I just want make the pain in my neck and that go away but the staff have been a lot friendlier and I ignore anyone who gives me grief now .”

“I stayed here with my family and couldn’t of been happier with the choice. The staff from start to finish were amazing very helpful, cheerful and positive. I’m terrible at remembering names but every single one of the staff were positive nothing to say negative towards them, easy to find our rooms and ours was spot on. We went down on Halloween and in our room was a bag of sweets and a nice little card so the kids loved both the sweets (obviously) and the card as a nice gesture, the kids will remember this little detail I would highly recommend to stay here and I will be when visiting family again”

The entire place is exceptionally neat and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of my favourite things is the Starbucks on the ground floor — such a nice touch! They also have EV charging stations available in the parking area, which is extremely convenient. Overall, I absolutely love this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Swansea.”

“Four of us met for breakfast this morning. Had a really pleasant young waitress - sorry didn't catch her name. But she was great. We had the small breakfast which was really tasty and more than enough, and the refillable filter coffee. Excellent value we will be back.”
