Crazy climb were nice enough to host me a silly adults only session for my birthday! It was absolutely fantastic, we had so much fun. Our instructor Talex was amazing, set extra challenges for us to make it challenging and a little competitive! I would definitely recommend having parties here whether it's for adults or kids!
Took my daughter and her friends here over the weekend and they had a great time! My daughter was quite nervous to start, but the staff were really encouraging and patient. Only wished we had booked a longer session!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really excellent few hours of fun for 2 oldies and a 6 year old. Well run, just the right level of information and support to enable a couple of hours fun climbing. Felt like a challenging and safe environment. We will definitely return !
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING- OVERCROWDED SESSIONS AND POORLY ORGANISED If I could rate the experience 0 stars I would From start to finish! I’m very disappointed with our recent visit to Crazy Climb Swansea. The session was seriously overcrowded, which meant my child only got one turn on the climbing towers – despite paying £16 for the session. Meanwhile, other children were allowed multiple turns, which felt completely unfair and poorly managed. The safety briefing ran over because children arrived late, cutting into the actual climbing time. This lack of time management and proper organisation was very frustrating. To make matters worse, when I asked for an email address to submit a complaint, a staff member gave me an email that doesn’t even exist. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. This experience left my child disappointed and me feeling like we didn’t get what we paid for. I hope the management takes serious steps to fix the overcrowding and communication issues – families deserve better.
Brought my 6 year old niece here for a fun bonding time! We both really enjoyed ourselves climbing (I'm 42). Booking online was easy, as was check in once we arrived. The safety briefing was good and the session in the climbing area was great. A good variety of climbs to do.
Took my grandson for his 11th birthday treat..he loved it..coffee and cakes were good for granny too!
10th birthday party. Really well run. Cat, our instructor was really friendly and attentive (but firm - as needed) She really helped my youngest daughter with her nervousness and as a result, she achieved real progress over the session. Lovely coffee and food too!! Would definitely recommend.
Second time visiting after a previous bad experience with patronising staff. Admittedly we had the times on the booking wrong. However there are ways to speak to customers in this situation. I thought we had booked for 1:30 when it turned out this was the end time. However staff thought it would be fine to repeatedly say no 1pm and smile at me. Will not be visiting again....clearly staff need some training in customer service!
Great fun and highly recommend, seasoned climber or just for fun....its well worth a visit
Spent a good hour or so. Helpful friendly staff. My 6 year old loved it.
