   Not an experience as the screening on NEW YEAR EVE was cancelled with only 15 hours notice... As you can imagine my new years eve plans were ruined and as yet I have not had any response from odeon since I received the cancellation email at 11 pm!!!!!! and responded/ complained.

   Visited today to watch film in screen 10. Huge disappointment as there are huge dirty marks and dirty runs all over the screen. Which stopped us enjoying the film. Reading the reviews. They obviously have known about this for quite a while . I Don't understand why they use this screen. ? Are they hoping people won't complain. If your film is in screen 10 don't bother.

   Lovely cinema, comfy seats, friendly staff, it's just up from Dennys so it's in a great location. Plenty of parking too, just remember to enter your vehicle registration into the tablet at the cashier desk when you get there, or you will be fined after 2 hours.

   Went to watch The J hope concert on wed in screen 10 honestly the screen was disgusting not the seating area just the cinema screen itself it was full of long marks looked like large strings of chewing gum marks i work in a cinema amd this would be unexceptable at the end of the day we paid £32 to watch the concert and it was spoiled because of half the screen being covered in very noticeable stains photos can be provided ...I complained on line to be told they were sorry the screen was dirty even with the photos they thought we were talking about the seating area ...you need staff to check the film screen regularly especially when paying large prices for tickets .....avoid screen 10 if your going to watch a movie it will spoil your viewing and as a previous customer it is making me think if I want to return ....

   Took my boy there for his first cinema experience, turns out he didn’t like it, so we left after only 15 mins of being there and I asked if we were able to have a refund due to him not likening it, the member of staff I asked asked the manager and the was the manager spoke replied to her was so rude. With a smug attitude she said “um no absolutely not that’s not how it works” and the other member of staff said it to me in a nicer way. I had no problem not having one I was just requesting as we didnt actually watch it, but couldn’t confront the way the manger spoke due to my little boy being there. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

   I am a big fan of Odeon Cinemas, and the one in Swansea is great. I particularly enjoy the nacho and dips. The only thing I'd suggest is having some seating in the large front area as my daughter and I arrived early for a showing and had to stand and wait.

   Really nice movie theatre, nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Really handy being next door to several family eateries including an Indian buffet and Denny's. Also just round the corner from B&M which is a perfect place to pick up cheap snacks.

   Had trouble with a voucher we'd had given to us, but the staff sorted it without any hassle. They also checked we had sorted our car parking extension. Exceptional service, can't wait to return. Make sure you use the Odeon app for best prices.

   Went to see avatar 2. It's a cinema. Not sure what else to say. It's been a long time since I went to odeon and it looks totally different. Perhaps there was something nostalgic about the old layout but the new digital self serve layout is a bit odd to me. Nachos are usually good but convinced the hot cheese gave me and the Mrs bad guts the next day.

   Unfortunately despite the refurbished exterior and entrance the screens are really starting to show their age now. Very poor sound quality and the premium seats are somehow not as comfortable as standard. Staff always very happy to help and despite being expensive I like the quality of food. But seriously, I want to visit the cinema more often but if myself, and likely others are to return to cinema we expect the audio and visuals to be up there. You can get a pretty reasonably priced TV/projector and sound hardware that easily beats the quality of your screens.
