   Went into store today to try and resolve an ongoing issue i had with some items that I have been getting nowhere with other staff at different Argos stores but today seen Manager Nicola and she was absolutely amazing and I was so happy that someone was final able to help resolve the issue she went above and beyond and her colleague Blessing was also very helpful and kind would definitely recommend this store and the outstanding customer service I received today

   Ordered a mattress from here, paid over 200 quid + removal fee of the old mattress, just to have the delivery fail with no update because they sent a vehicle too big to get down the road. Next delivery date stated next Tuesday.

   Very helpfull today when doing my xmas shoping the staffs was amazing they got all 10 babie doll down for me to look at but the one i wanted was not there but got the bluey house i wanted in the sale so was happy with that but they went out of there way to help me out tho lol so a big thankyou to them all

   i have purchased 2 electrical items in this store in the last year. The first, a radio that had no sound and today a ceiling fan that had screws missing. Hence, I have had 4 trips to this store, twice to collect faulty goods and twice to return them and incur the cost of fuel/parking. Contacted customer service who were not even remotely interested and said have another trip to the store and ask for compensation. Good luck with your business!

   Clueless staff. Poor customer service. Item ordered on ebay for delivery at argos, argos refused delivery by the courier because it was too large (a laptop). Pathetic. Ended up in wasting time to get a delivery re arranged to a different place.
