   Entertainer Swansea got to say all the staff that work there are amazing. My son goes in this shop at least once a day plus, it's his favorite shop. The snowman shop he calls it lol as Christmas times they got cardboard Santa ,elf's, snowmen in window decorations. So yeah snowman shop. They are friendly not just the 1 person working there ,they all are.Always happy to help me and assistant in what ever I need help with. Always polite and you can have a conversation with them. Wish it was more people like them around when you go out shopping.

   the guy who served me today was absolutely lovely, felt very welcomed and comfortable, he made conversation with me at the till informed me about the offers on things and helped me pick out some items for my nephew, he genuinely seemed happy to be there.

   It's nice to have a real toy store in central Swansea. The customer service is superb. The price are also good. I managed to find the Barbie Advent calendar for less than I would spend on Amazon. Also the lighting is good and spacing between aisles adequate.

   A decent selection of toys including less recent releases that other retailers would sooner take off shelves to make room for newer stuff. What they lack in floorspace compared to Smyth's Toys they make up for in their regular sales, with some products going for as much as 66% off. I just wish I could say the owner refuses to stock Harry Potter toys for more contemporary reasons instead of the assinine excuse he gave back in '01...

   I've never shopped at the entertainer before (other than a on sale makka pakka at another store but that's besides the point) And I was walking past with a friend to go to the bus station and I saw the squishmallow display and had a look, not thinking I'd go in. But there was a person greeting people and he started talking to me. He was such a good sales man I must admit! He was holding a big squishmallow and had a small on on his shoulder. He told me that there were different mallows inside and that they make good neck pillows and are very huggable! So he enticed to go look, and he was able to convince me to buy one, honestly the best worker I've spoken to. He was really kind, and I did end up buying one because of him. Not to mention how nice the worker at the till was! She knew the name before I looked at the tag! The best experience I've ever had in a store! 10/10 customer service. I got home and ordered another squishmallow online from the entertainer! If either one of the workers I mentioned see this, thank you. You made my day so much better!
