   Dropped off my Shark stick vacuum as it had completely stopped working. They checked it out, called me with a price, and arranged the repair quickly — efficient and professional service throughout. Also took my Dyson stick vacuum in as the power switch wasn’t working. They cleaned it, replaced the filter and switch. It's now like new! It was ready to collect before time too. Highly recommend — first-class repairs and great range of spare parts in stock, with friendly approachable staff. Thank you.

   I explained what was wrong with my Hoover and the gentleman confirmed he could fix it. My Hoover is a Dyson Animal. I left my Hoover there for a short time and he offered to replace the part required, put a new filter on, clean and service the Hoover for a very reasonable price.    Such helpful staff.Wanted to replace the thermocouple on my gas ring but couldn’t remove it. Took part to the market. They removed it for me and ordered new parts, arranging to have them sent to my house. They charged no more than it would have cost me online. This sort of service is a rarity these days.
