   From walking in the showroom in January 25, to completion of the new kitchen in July 25, the experience with Shahab, Sarwar and the team in Swansea has been first class. In the initial consultation with Shahab we explained what we were looking for and specific requirements, during this visit Shahab showed us around the impressive showroom and displayed the quality of the Kutchenhaus product. Before we left the showroom, we then arranged a home visit where Shahab measured up the proposed kitchen/living area (which was not straight forward when knocking 2 rooms into one) and then produced the first illustration. A few emails later and some tweaks here and there and the kitchen was designed. A final visit to the showroom to confirm some colours and appliances and kitchen was ordered by 30th January. We had also by this time decided on a delivery date in advance, during the project there was a slight delay in building work and postponing the delivery by a day or two was not a problem. We used our own kitchen fitter (project manager) who we arranged an onsite meeting with Shahab and he was then invited over the Kutchenhaus showroom in Swansea to go through certain aspects of the assembly, this was very beneficial to both parties and also created their own WhatsApp group so any queries during the installation were answered quickly so not holding up the project. During installation Shahab and Sarwar were always on hand to answer any queries, they called on site to check everything was OK when passing. There was a bespoke shelf/bar area in the design which proved challenging (having an old house with no level walls/floor or ceiling doesn’t help) and made a visit during this assembly to make sure we had all the necessary fixtures and fittings. We have now settled into the new kitchen/living area, getting used to the space, finding out where things are in the cupboards and working out the new appliances. Both Shahab and Sawar have been in touch via email/telephone checking in that we are happy and if there were any concerns to let them know…….. but there has not been anything to report. I would have no hesitation in recommending any friends or family who are planning on having a new kitchen to visit the Kutchenhaus Swansea showroom, the whole experience from start, during and finish has been straight forward and could not have asked for a better end result.

   A fantastic design and installation. Kutchenhaus in Swansea was recomended to me by my daughter and they really did a fantastic professional job in designing and installing storage solutions for 4 separate rooms in our house, including a modern utility room. The design was stunning and created by Ryan in the Swansea showroom and the installation really professionally completed by Luke. The project could not have gone better and I will use them for my next kitchen project later in the year.

   My experience with Kutchenhaus Swansea involved zero hard sell but instead friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented staff. Their in-depth understanding of the Nobilia product line and various appliance brands allowed them to come up with custom solutions to meet my needs. The whole process was seamless, communication excellent and all credit to the fitter for finishing my wonderful kitchen a week early!

After going to a few other kitchen design shops and them telling me I couldn’t have exactly what I wanted, I was so happy when I found Kutchen Haus. They really can do anything!    The best customer service without a shadow of a doubt. Egle really made us feel welcome and a valued customer. She listened to our wants/needs and wishes when designing our beautiful kitchen. We left these in her capable hands and she did not disappoint!! We are in love with our kitchen and we couldn’t have asked for more - the quality is outstanding. The whole process from start to finish and the after care is second to none, taking our feedback and any adjustments/changes needed with no problems and very quick resolutions. The lovely Sarwar came out to visit our home and kitchen to check in with our kitchen and to check for any imperfections and he took everything we would like adjusted and changed with no hesitations. I will 100% be recommending Kutchen Haus to anyone wishing to invest in an incredible kitchen that has the waw factor and outstanding quality. Thank you Kutchen Haus!

   We have recently (Dec 22) had a new kitchen from here and received excellent service. They have a great range, and can customise the design to exactly how you want it. Shahab in particular was brilliant, his knowledge and expertise helped me design my kitchen when I didn't even know what I really wanted. Shahab, and the rest of the staff, went out of their way to ensure that everything was as I wanted it, and no question or ask was too much. I am delighted with the finished product, both great quality and design. I would really recommend this company and their services.

   We've been absolutely delighted with the kitchen we recently had fitted (early Dec 21). The choice and layout in the store was first class. The design options from Shahab absolutely spot on. The fitting, coordinated by Luke and every single tradesman who worked with him, was flawless (I couldn't speak highly enough of them). And, most importantly, the quality of the finished product is EXACTLY what we'd hoped for. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny

   We have recently bought our sexy new kitchen from these guys and I have to say these are the people to go to! There is no pressure to buy, they are thoroughly helpful from design, to changing ideas and moving things around. Even though we changed designs and dates of install they have always been great. The quality is that of high standard. Compared with places like wren, Kutchenhaus are highly professional and are always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend!!!
