Great customer service I must say. I picked a sofa and after delivery, it didn’t quite give me what I wanted. I went back the next day and they agreed to let me change it and it got delivered the next day! And the quality of their products is top notch! Will definitely recommend!
Went into the shop today to buy a mattress for my toddler for his new bed. Upon walking in my son was running towards the back and I had said to my partner I smelt cigarette smoke. Upon getting to the back of the store where the man was sitting, I saw the man smoking a cigarette in the shop!! With my 20 month old running next to him!! Will no longer go in or buy from them!!

I was passing the shop and called in and saw Adrian who was very helpful. I explained I was looking for a small black leather sofa but I could only see a suite. Adrian said he would find out if I could buy 1 piece, he made a quick phone call and and came back with a positive answer. I have nothing but praise for the service I received from the order to the delivery. I would definitely recommend this company for the service and quality of my sofa.
Above and beyond, most honest, down to earth company with amazing prices! I had been all over Cardiff looking for new sofas and found shops were either way over priced or lacked selection. By chance I called into my local sofa shop in Swansea (Notonlysofas) there was instantly loads of things that caught my eye. The sales staff aren’t pushy they leave you alone to browse at your leisure. I ended up buying some sofas and a new dinning table as has so much fantastic stuff. When it came to delivery the same guy from shop delivered my order on a SATURDAY and took great care to ensure my property and purchase wasn’t damaged. They didn’t moan about coming up one flight of Stairs. 100% would use them again. Many thanks for all Your help it’s been a pleasure
