“What a beautiful theatre. Visited from gloucestershire, and navigating roads to get to the area was time consuming, but once we go there, parking was relatively easy to find, the area was full of bars, pubs and other amenities allowing us to relax and then attend the show. The theatre is beautiful, staff helpful and friendly, and toilets clean and spacious.”

“My 18 month and 2 and a half year old loved it. It's small enough for them to walk round and big enough for a couple of hours seeing and feeding animals. Incredibly reasonable pricing, £5 for adults and under 2's are free, a good size bucket of feed is £3. Plenty of parking. Decent range of animals and the planes from the airport are a bit of a novelty also.”

“I take my grandson Jaxson Pearcey to Jane’s classes at Penn. Jane is always extremely welcoming and is so enthusiastic, lively and makes her classes fun. She is such a caring person and ensures every child is included in every activity irrespective of their ability and age. She definitely demonstrates her love of the job and enjoyment of working with children. Jaxson thoroughly enjoys his classes each week. He was just over 12 months when he started and was quite shy. Jane has provided lots of encouragement and Jaxson has grown tremendously in confidence. He participates fully in the class, he always walks in to the class smiling and loves to be close to Jane, listening carefully to what she instructs the children to do. I think the routine of Rhythm time enables the children to develop many of the social skills required for those formative early years. As a retired Deputy Headteacher I would thoroughly recommend Rhythm time with Jane.”

“Had a great stay - staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished with a rain shower. My only issue was that it took 45 minutes for my dinner to be served after ordering even though it was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was very quiet, but it was delicious when I eventually got to eat it! Short walking distance from the train station and taxi rank! I would definitely stay again in the future!”

I think as fathers we need to take our emotions out of the service offered and be pragmatic and logical. Yes - there are certain items we would like immediately but these employees are under so much pressure we would not believe - so how about we give them a break and look at ourselves.
