We went there for a wellbeing scan. It was extremely heartening to be on the receiving end of something this good. The staff members, Deeksha, Helen and (didn't get a chance to catch the name) helped us not only to answer all of our questions but also comforted us and our three year old. Amazing services provided at great prices. The staff truly go above and beyond for you. No request is too big or too small. Welcoming staff and understanding when the little bump is stubborn and not wanting to show their gender they allowed 15 minutes to walk around for another try
I have been to window to the womb three times now and they have been absolutely amazing. I initially went twice for reassurance scans and then a gender scan. The team are brilliant and are so friendly and helpful. They are so reassuring and lovely. The clinic is super clean. We can’t wait to come back again for a 4D scan!
Amazing service! The pictures are clear and the sonographer asked us if we’re happy with the images. He took loads of 4d photos so we have a lot to choose from. This is my second time here. The my first was the gender scan and everyone was lovely and friendly. They offered us with few lovely add-ons to our chosen package.
We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed here. We were with our little 16 month girl who wasn’t very settled but the staff were so kind and friendly which really helped us settle her down whilst having the scan. The baby was hard to scan and the staff made all the effort to get us some good pictures and tell us the gender ready for the reveal. Please consider this place for you scan. We will definitely come again for our 4D scan.
Customer service is absolutely first class, from start to finish. They are very attentive here and look after you. I called last minute to see if they could book me in and did everything they could to! Got an appointment same day an hour later. I felt like they Care about their customers and are genuinely lovely people. Thank you all so much. I now have peace of mind. Also the app is great and has many activities on there! X
Absolutely amazing atmosphere. The staff are so lovely and try their best to keep the gender secret when you want to do a gender reveal. Package's that you can get are also really good and good value! Would recommend.
